I’m looking at doing your DIY aftercare program. I’ve only JUST started looking at lymphatic massage and am 4 days post op. I haven’t yet taken off my garment and won’t be until tomorrow. In the meantime I’ve been practising what you’ve shown - on top of my garment for now. Roughly how firm should the pressure be? (I’m used to and enjoy extremely firm deep tissue massages so this is new for me!)

Im 5wks po Vaser Lipo360 and had extremely aggressive draining the first few days so i have like a fluid pocket in lower ab....Will this help release pockets and how many times a day should i donthese? Ive gotten 25 Profesional Massages already but i just cant keep paying for these. And, im actually worried cuz they all wabt to do tons of Cavitation, Red light, Mesotherapy, Laser Lipo, etc so i feel like its just a lot and scare to get things worse.

Hello Petra. I had a facelift and jowl Lipo five weeks ago. Right now, I’m suffering terribly with a very swollen cheek and brusiing, and my surgeon has told me there’s scar tissue in there. I haven’t had massages after my surgery …it was a year ago…is it too late for me to start these massages ?

Hi petra! im two months post bbl vaser liposuction and i have this pouch coming out from my lower belly that i noticed one month prior surgery and i asked my doctor he said there’s nothing to worry about but its getting even harder and harder by time.. will it ever go away or is this permenant? I cant even trust the doctor anymore they made me do the worst massages 2 days after surgery i was crying out of pain please help!

I have been to several doctors already, and have been on antibiotics, for the inflammation in the breast because of blocked lymph nodes in the armpit, so lymph has been moving back and forth from arm to breast and breast to arm , and when I am lying down on my back in the supine position, inflammation in the breast minimize, and it is also the non lactational Mastitis, as my breast is red, extremely tender, hot to touch... Hi Petra, I recently had a face and neck lift, 27 days ago to be exact. As the surgery was in Prague I cannot see my surgeon. I still have a lot of swelling in my cheek area running to my ears and the skin is hard and slightly lumpy. I am aware this is to be expected but I would like to try your massage technique, do you think this will help the swelling? Thank you Liz

I have electric cupping machine that I use on clients, I had lipo and have some fibrosis and would like to use m medicupping machine. How long would you use the machine in each area and how many times per week? I been massaging by hand but it's not really changing much.
