Beautiful 4K walking tour of Harbor Springs, Michigan. (with commentary)

Looking for a way to pass the time, I took a drive to Harbour Springs with no explanation. What I discovered was a well-maintained and beautiful place to visit.

Spent the day driving along the East Arm of the Grand Traverse Bay in Traverse City, MI. I don't do these sorts of videos, but the day was nice and the homes and tall trees that lined the lake inspired me to make a video.

I spent a few days in Bozeman, hiking and enjoying the views from the ground. To see the spectacular landscape during takeoff was equally breathtaking. The arrival into CVX is always something to behold.

It's been awhile since I did a hike, I was out of breath at times. The time we spent looking around the valley from the mountain top was spectacular. I encourage anyone in Bozeman to do this hike, it's fabulous.

An enjoyable flight from the non-flying pilot position. Cloud surfing on takeoff and the majestic Yellowstone mountains. This flight is all about the scenery.
This is a challenging approach.

Marginal visibility, Rain, Wind, A quarry and a wet short (4500ft) runway makes this approach difficult. It was also my first time doing this approach in these condition

As pilots we are trained to mindlessly respond to inflight emergencies and abnormalities. This has led to pilots responding in a manner that cased a manageable inflight occurrence to a serious and unresolvable issues that leads to injuries and termination of life. The US OPEN is an event to attend. The people, competition and good weather made this visit a blast. The departure however, highlighted what that state is know for its natural beauty.
