Stellar playing and killer tone!

Wow this sounds incredible, Alex himself said these were created so he could play his acoustic parts on his electric, sounds about right

Could you show the settings for the piezo. My Epi AL came with some missing wiring (jumper) wire. Customer service at Gibson was nice enough to send me a schematic, but the Epi wiring is different from the Gibson. I see you have the pick up switch in the Rhythm position. What about the knobs on the tone pots?

I missed my chance to get one of these new. I saw they had the new red version which looks beautiful and sounds amazing but it doesn't have the piezo which blows my mind :( So I ended up getting one of these used instead. Hopefully it doesn't get destroyed during shipping. 🤞🤞 I like the viceroy brown sunburst look more anyways so I'm happy. I may get the red one down the road too because it's not a bad guitar for what it is, but it's hard to deny that the piezo greatly increases your flexibility. 1,300 is pretty steep for the red version, so if they ever re-release this one I can imagine it's going to be a lot more than when it was originally released. Maybe 1,300 for the red one and 1,400-1,500 for this one. Honestly, I think this Viceroy Brown version with the Piezo should become a regular offering by Epiphone. It's ridiculous how limited they were.

WOO YEAH! Thank You for this! Al recently released his latest Epiphone but WITHOUT THE PIEZO! UNBELIEVABLY dissappointing! I just had to come here for that meant-to-be tone in a properly produced Alex Lifeson guitar. 👍

What is the max the pitch shifted note can be delayed (setting adjustable inside the software) thanks!

I've been trying to get the New World Man tone with a Stratocaster and a couple chorus pedals, but the plugin you mentioned in the description definitely sounds closer than any tone I've gotten. Just gotta save up for a Telecaster now, I guess! Awesome cover and mixing, your playing blends right in to the track

Great demo of actual in-key playing and harmonizing! So many of the Quintessence videos have sloppy out of key/off pitch playing in their demos. This one sounds great and really shows good sounding harmony.

I have the 30th anniversary edition s2 custom 24 and love it !

I just got mine and though it says no chord playing you actually can but not playing it the way you normally do. Don't strum. How you pluck a single string.. fret the shape then pluck the number of strings in unison like plucking a single string and whoa.. it tracks that and it adds a dramatic oophm (long as it's a chord in that key) plucking in unison the chord strings makes it a single signal to track.. if that makes sense and then it can. Ambient playing this is totally a kool effect! Having sooo much fun!

So in order to harmonize you have to play to the setting of the key and play the scale within that key to have successful tracking? I am new to scales, I bought one and waiting for it to arrive but it seems no one specifically says in video how you play to get the effect correctly used when you want to use it say with a surprise lead line or in a chorus of a song. Like if someone wanted to recreate "the final countdown" signature lead how would that be accomplished in process and settings? Thank you for your time and I loved your use of it here!

What did you have it set to here? Would of been an even better pedal if it went to the octaves up and down making the sub n up redundant!
