Thing a pos. 1st air compressor goes. The screen ahows wrong voltage. It shows 24 volts. Stop charging at 12 or 3 bars. although it says 12.8 i hook up to my batt tester it said 20.4 volts. So they dont shut off when full like it says. It charges at .05 amp which is why it takes 3 days. Loved it for a year. Soon as warranty up boom everything in pristine condition. Used maybe 10x. Mostly for air and it pooped the bed as soon as i went to 2nd wheel. Also my spare sYs 60 psi. Wouldnt go over 40 even new. Alround garbage. Get the new lithium. Its been in my trunk fully charged and i just jumped a 6.7L. and the screen went right back up to 100%. All truths real world use. And i baby my stuff believe me. Now it says 24 volt with 25 cranking amps. But the inverter works for much longer. Things jenky

Well, it looks pretty good but how much actual lift did it give you? What size tires are you running in the video? How is the ride? Is it rough/firm or comfortable like the factory ride?

We use this box in all our plow trucks for winter. (curtesy if a customer needs a jump). They have never failed to jump anything we've thrown at it. Just operator error. Its an easy 4.5 out of 5 box. The usb ports would use a little work is my only complaint.

Bought two Audew jump starters nine months ago; the warranty is for 12 months. Although one of the jump starters works fine, the other jump starter recently proved defective. And, the only way to contact Audew is via e-mail - this company hides behind the anonymity of the Internet; Audew's website does NOT list a phone number or physical address. The company replied back with statements that were not helpful and some of them silly and without logic; a stalling tactic. Just realize that if you do order the Audew jump starter and have problems with it, you will be met with resistance and lies, telling you that nothing is wrong with your unit. Just remember that Audew is a Chinese company and you all know that the Chinese are deceitful/deceptive.

I have the exact same jump starter and it works evey time on my V8 ford f150 🤷‍♂️

Hooking it to ground is the same as as hooking it to ground follow your ground wire from the battery buddy it goes rite to ground one to the chassis one to the engine block regardless weather you hook it on the battery ground or 6” away to the bolt it’s the same it should start I have one to it’s a pos air pump and usb and. 110 work fine the jump part don’t work

Seems like your car battery need to trickle charge. Jump starter doesn't on this dead battery.

I have this same box and even though its fully charged nothing it is supposed to do works. Not even the light that is attached or the USB ports. Its 6 months old

I purchased this from a liquidation store and it didn’t come with manual. How do we charge the jump starter in first place? I’m trying to find the slot. I have the same model. Does this comes with a charger to charge this model ?

I bought this one as well and I'm having the same problem, connected properly to the red on the battery and the ground stud on the chassis maybe I va to wait 5 min that is the only thing I haven't done. I will give it another shot and i f it doesn't work is going back to WM... : (

This should be a lawsuit. Mine broke yesterday. THE COMPRESSOR WOULD NOT TURN OFF! JUST KEPT GOING. NOW DOESNT HOLD CHARGE. I took extra care too
