I just use the vanilla textures upscaled with AI, it's called Morrowind Enhanced Texture on Nexus Mods.

been playing morrowind on and off for 20 years and im still obsessed with it stopped playing oblivion and skyrim long time ago its just unique, immersive experience

This was 100% accurate, also it needs more missing hit's and Cliff racers. I despise Cliff racers. But it's not Morrowind without them. Now if you will excuse me I'm gonna go hire and pay in advance saint JUIB, to exterminate as many Cliff Racers as possible.
