You are commenting on a video that is years old and the Facebook algorithm changes regularly A couple of things to look at 1. Is it a copy and paste post 2. Are you posting the same url 3. Has the website been flagged by Facebook for some reason 4. Are you posting to fast in multiple groups without scrolling or engaging in comments

I think it has been phased out unfortunately

Tina try this it may or maynot help but has worked for some. Change your password when you do make sure you log out of all devices Then clear you web and phone cache And then give it 24 hours and the flag whatever it is that the algorithm had just might reset

@@LindaReedEnever Another tip - CLEAR YOUR CACHE as soon as possible after you finish your Facebook group posts and get out of FB without logging off. Clearing the cache will likely remove any potential spammy footprints that FB can find through your website clicks or actions on a filled-up cache of yours on FB when you are posting in groups. With the cache cleared, FB will not put your cache on the radar when you do future posts and greatly reduces or eliminates the risk of you being flagged.

Same or me. I own my group and FB is marlin my post as spam.

Yes there can be some bad apples but the majority of small businesses are doing their best to serve customers

Over posting the same content, the same link or two fast all trigger the algorithm for spam. It is Facebooks policy and even advice that you don't do the above

In most groups if you tap on the arrow > near the group name it will take you to them

@@LindaReedEnever I guess I’m not really sure what arrow you’re referring to. There aren’t any arrows near the group names in any view that I’ve seen.

Never mind. I was on my computer and there are no arrows. I did find it on my phone though. Thanks!

You are welcome. Normally a processing delay means lots of users are loading to Thinkific and the system is just overloaded I did see a few comment's in the Facebook group yesterday re processing it might be worth sending a ticket in to support@thinkific.com as well.

I started making courses last year, so I have over 50. I have only had THINKIFIC a couple of months, so I have soooo much work to do! BUT thanks to your video, I was able to get all my 2024 courses uploaded and published today! Now on to the 2023 courses! I appreciate you!!!!

Yes I believe that is what happened. It was a copy and last of seeds I have for sale onto multiple groups. It was suggested from another admin to not post for a week on any of the groups and it might reset. Suggestions?

The copy paste will have done it yep

Yes that’s exactly what’s happening. The admin are having to approve my posts all of a sudden and they said they are going in the spam section of the group

Matty on the Basic plan you can add on the white label app I believe The Thinkific app starts on the Start plan and above which is why you can't see the button

If you use the Smart Curriculum Module on your landing pages you should be set

Hi, Christina. I just noticed on mobile though. If you have the curriculum module collapsed by default , it is not showing all the curriculum , so maybe you want to change the settings to untick by default

Yes it's definitely a long term game and very worthwhile it is all about setting the right expectations for clients and businesses

Were you sending a lot of DM messages it could be that Facebook restricted you for overuse
