If the premise is about a modern interview team going back in time to interview medieval people (14th century because the plague), they actually would have had to listen and work a little harder to understand them because back then in real life the upper classes spoke mostly a dialect of Middle French and the ordinary people spoke Middle English and even though it’s very close to modern English the words and grammar and pronunciations were still very different from what we have now.

Thirteen was considered a bit young, despite what this shows. Not out of the question, but definitely not normal.

Plagues and pandemics have a funny way of putting everyone at the same level knocking the proud off there high horse Especially politicians and people like that who've never worked for anything It's really thought these arrogant people a good lesson

Cromwell was a good man , he wished for nothing for himself only a fair change to the rules of church and state , he did not wish for the dissolution of the crown , Charlies forced that upon him , which upset him greatly . Thank you oliver for giving us the country we now have .
