This video is worthless. As for hiking up is hard, you need to walk down the Grand Canyon trail to the Mighty Colorado on muscles not used to going down for hours.

When every window and door has bars on them you're either in jail or a bad area.
Some places had a lot of barbed wire but most did not which made me feel better about where I was
I am Canadian and I am going to Guatemala for 33 days starting September 1st and that's one of the things I'm going to do. I have been to Guatemala three times but still have not done the volcano as I spend more time in the North
Enjoy your time in Guatemala! I wanted to make it up north (especially to Tikal) but unfortunately I just didn’t have the time. And if you can make one of the volcano hikes work, it is SOOO worth it!

I never did. Some people felt a little off because of the altitude. Some dust got in my lungs. But overall I was good

How do they get to Guatemala is that American school buses because of safety reasons are only allowed so many kilometers. And once they're past that then they sell them to a country like Guatemala. They are purchased privately and then there's a competition between drivers regarding pimping up their vehicles

@@viajay Guatemala is WAYYY cheaper than El Salvador. I was just in El Salvador too. The price difference was crazy. Personally, I loved San Salvador so much that I would rather stay in San Salvador and pay more than be in Guatemala City. Are you planning on visiting El Salvador too?

@viajay so many great things. I would recommend San Salvador, Planes de Renderos, Lake Ilopango, Olocuilta, El Tunco, and more! And I would love to get to Colombia! I have heard great things! Any specific cities you would recommend? I would say to see Cartagena, Bogota, Medellin, and the cocaine hippos lol

The Central Park of Quetzaltenango, it has old buildings you’d be delighted to check them out, of course if you’re a huge fan of architecture. Fuentes Georginas, there a several coffee shops and bakeries, malls, volcano hiking, cerro el baúl, I’m from Quetzaltenango and It be a pleasure to show you Central Park.
