    Thank you for reminding us of a better approach and mindset; it can be so easy to slip out of the correct conduction and manner of etiquette and respect towards people and your organisation, and the advanced reminder we should keep up with the news is also difficult yet a requirement to succeed and I will try and focus on doing it more often and consistently.     Good stuff! An associate told me I was a creative and "addicted to the spark of my new ideas" but not disciplined enough to focus and finish. They said pick one idea that resonated with me the most and give it my undivided, grind it out attention for 90 days. They were totally right.😮 This video is a 2nd confirmation😮. I've given myself until March 30, 2025 to finish my one thing project. It is totally do able. I'm going to look in the mirror every morning and tell myself -"Go Getem" 😊

    I am not afraid of saying how I feel, but I was taken aback when I was told I need to earn respect from my subordinates…I was like wait a minute, no. I was raised to respect regardless of status until given a reason not to be respected, and for that reason you chose me to be a leader, a mentor. It’s that undertone of telling someone they value you for “their “ benefit but really don’t value you as a person…so I question, what is respect nowadays?!? 🤗
