Disable Anti-Lag on Adrenalin software- games, done.

I am 7800XT user. I had the same error. Switched off Anisotropic Filtering in the Adrenalin. It helped me. Check if it switched on and if it on - make it off.

Also, another reason could be the HDCP, if it is disabled, spotify and some other apps won't work, make sure this is on at: Settings > System > Turn on HDCP
