Video was captured using DJI Pocket 3 Camera (4K/60) with Basic settings and Sony Camcorder FDR AX-53 (4K) for certain zoom shots. Only a part of Winter Festival of Lights @ Niagra Parks was covered. The temperature was around -5C. When I went to cover the rest of the lighting the next evening the lighting were off. I realized the filming day was the last day for the season. Hopefully I will make another video in the next season starting Nov 2024.

Sad to see an orphaned baby elephant rejected by another mom in the herd. But the baby elephant belonging to the mom watches what's going on and approaches the orphaned baby comforting her with her friendship.

It's not her baby and she chooses not to adopt another and/or give it food. Most baby elephants are greedy and will suckle from anyone nearby, but she wasn't have it. The mother's baby was the one that walked up after she ran off the other baby. It looked as if she was felt sorry for her little friend. It looked as if she came up beside mom and was like " awww come on mom, don't be like that " then proceeded to go over and comfort her friend.
