They all have that old ,tired,disease stricken,sorry-for-yourself,end of life looks in their eyes.Like stray dog with only last request in their eyes: please put me out of my misery.Some even verbalise it. If it wasnt too much effort on my part,i should have searched for all old friends(male and female), and thank them for teaching me at young age: be interested in hobbies,environment.Not in your fellow man/woman.Only result is tears

I really could relate to this scene. Liking some girl, and she won't call you back, and you get hurt. I'm sure he asked out plenty of girls but keeps getting rejected then overtime you start doubting yourself, thinking you're ugly, worthless, stupid, poor, and realize that nobody wants to be him. I really could relate to him. It hurts so much that it breaks my heart for him and me

This is a great movie. It's a simple story but so many people can personally relate to it--myself included.

The most literally me i have felt. When he said he figured he was past the point of getting hurt, then when he took the risk to ask her out and she brushed him off. Turns out it hurts still. Pretty bad too. Im 34, im giving up boys. Whatever these girls want, i dont got it.

Living without the love and affection of a woman is the most cruel and brutal lesson that every man has to learn in the end. Doesn t matter if you re single, married, in a relationship. As a man you WILL face rejection, loneliness. The only thing you have in the end is you. And this is coming from someone who society would deem to be happily married.
