Best Berry Run
Sloppy but gnarly. This was filmed 1 run before Ryan Wilk did the thing, he is such a BOSS.

POV from @sparkospeed (Samuel Sparkowich.) Finished 4th place at 6 laps. Supposed to be a 6 lap race, they waived the white flag (last lap) on the 7th by mistake. Original results are not entirely accurate. Separate mistakes by riders on the roll in start. Overall a fun race in any case, and I appreciate Stoogeboard’s work by running it. Track conditions were extremely dusty/sandy due to winds....

    Narrower board width in the front maybe?

    • @samthespark
      @samthespark 16 дней назад

      @@Virtualslidejam Used to. But now, no way. Rear wheels don’t get enough downward weight as it is, so applying a wider lever without additional downward weight just makes the rear want to get even more icy.

    • @samthespark
      @samthespark 16 дней назад

      That is the long way of saying the width in front isn’t as much an issue as long as I am rail matching. The problem lies wherever weight is not.

      @@samthespark sounds like a trick degree issue. People who race downhill these days are riding like 35 in the rear.

      @ Other than Broms, who really? Most are just using naturally higher fronts on their ZM1’s and what not. BP’s are a completely different variable though. Changing a separate ingredient just complicates things when you can isolate certain attributes and use them to their exclusive advantage without sacrificing others…

      @@samthespark I really like that you stay in your lane for all of the turns. Crossing lanes, unless you have a spotter driving in front, for the fastest line just isn't worth the risk. 2:17 was very well done

      We like it when cars approach us. If we could not manuever and brake/stop with control, most of us would be dead or injured for life already. Speed at top and bottom area 50-55mph. All other areas average high 30s.
