Hello sir are you still walking 10,000 steps a day. If yes to you break it up into smaller walks or do you walk the 10000 steps in one walk each day
I stopped tracking my steps because I was easily getting 10k a day just chasing my baby around. Now I just walk or bike when I have a chance. I lift weights around 4x a week. If you are having trouble hitting 10k try some small walks thru out the day especially after you eat. Be mindful if you have been sitting around a lot, try and get up and walk around a bit. If you can schedule a walk most days that would be good. Try and work on increasing your speed and distance at the same time. Speed will help you save time.
Every nutritionist I have ever spoken with had no idea what Insulin is, nor why it matters. Next!

I would get fat eating that food, but I'm old and my insulin resistance is shot. I think cutting out sugar and exercising is doing most of it for you.

Hi Robert, I really enjoyed your video. It was interesting listening to your weight loss journey. I actually like plain Greek yogurt, and berries. The other thing is, I have had to curb my sweet tooth. It's something I have got used to and may occasionally eat something sweet. Anyway if your way works for you, that's great. You have completely changed your food habits for the better. Yes, always read the labels.

Great job! Unfortunately, I don’t eat in the same way that you do and I wish I could, but there’s some things that I don’t eat that others do obviously. My diet is quite restrictive, and unfortunately it is known in science that men can lose weight faster than women which kind of sucks but you know it is what it is! Love that you showed us what you eat. I find it very interesting. What one person can eat someone else can’t what puts weight on one person doesn’t put weight on the other and how fast somebody lose his weight weight Always tends the very with not only what gender you are, what medical conditions you may or may not have what hormone levels you have in your body! Insulin . Insulin resistance can make you fat. I limited carbs to 30 a day,ate protein and fat. Dropped 20 pounds in 2 months.

Thank you for the frozen lunch meat and guacamole idea! I never really thought about freezing them and usually avoid buying them at Costco, because it’s a lot to eat at once. Love all your snacks too! Makes me not feel so bad now about mine. lol. Siete is one of my favorite brands. Thanks again.

We read every label because my husband has fatal food allergies (nuts, fish, shellfish, honey)but also like you, we try to avoid all the sugar and preservatives and seed oils! Blech! The only problem I see is that unless one has will power these are all foods that most people will over eat. The Yosso bars at 80 calories each who will stop at one? Same as the chips and salsa. I know for me this won't work.
Eat beef fatty steaks, as much you want, all day long. Or minced beef meat. Add eggs, chicken, fish, butter, lard, no seed oils, no fiber, you dont need fiber, never. You will reach same results very quickly. Carnivore diet.
Sooooo many chips & bread & ice cream & chocolate & other things that are easily done without. Just make a large salad with all your good things. Ogh yes, peanut butter & jelly sandwich? Anyhow, good job at weight loss, but get healthier ingredients!

I have 3 closets of clothes and really want to do what you have done and minimalize my life. Two weeks ago I was at 241lbs and now at 230lbs I want to get down to 175lbs or lower as I am only 5ft5. Do you keep your calories at a certain limit?
When I was losing weight I was at 900-1100 a day, I don't recommend this at all. Now I try and stay at 2500 to maintain. 2000 if I want to lose. Find out what your maintenance calories are then subtract 300 to 500 calories to lose weight. It won't be an extremely fast weight loss, but it'll be easier and more manageable, long-term. You also need to start building muscle by lifting weights. The extra muscle will help increase your basal metabolic rate. Talk to a doctor before you do any of this. This is just what I did.
The background noise is very distracting
It doesn't matter if some foods have minimal ingredients. Processed sausages and other meats like sliced lunch meats, canned meats, and fish are processed in a certain way that causes carcinogens. Like those lunchables, parents are feeding their kids, and they might as well smoke cigarettes. Eat whole non processed meats. Cages free eggs and chicken don't matter either. They feed them antibiotics, which, if you keep consuming them, makes consumers antibiotic resistant. Eat eggs and chicken, that says no antibiotics. That cage free thing mean nothing, either. It's thousands of chickens in a building with no room to move which spreads disease. That's one of the reasons for the antibiotics. The other reason is that it's a super growth chemical for chickens.

I'm 1/2 Japanese. That's interesting you could tell from my voice. No one ever guesses correctly. None of my family speaks Japanese.
