I wanted to buy the bag from Myntra I called them and asked if the warranty is valid if I buy from Myntra Then after buying I went to the store and they told me you bought from third party app we will not do any warranty on leather Warranty will only be on stitching and all This is so wrong They lied first and did this bcz I bought from Myntra from other seller I called them 10 times before buying Even they themselves don’t know anything Yes I bought the bag on sale on less price and they were treating me like I got the bag for free . They told me people come buying bags from third party apps and sellers we have no responsibility over that In the end of the day it’s your bag you should own upto it It came with all the warranty card and all also Even if it was on a huge discount I was a lot for me I invested in it and they did like this .
