@xylagirl76 hindi naman mai, ang kagandahan ng may council, the property is usually maintained unless hindi active ang council. Makikita mo yan sa ichura ng building if hindi maintained like painting and magulo ang garden usually hindi ganon ka active so red flag na un. In terms of rules hindi naman sobrang strict tama lang to ensure walang nagviviolate ng rules. Un building namin for example smoke free building so isa yan sa strictly iniimplement.

Mas malakas na relasyon sa China ay makakabawas sa epekto ng U.S. economic power abuse today and possibly in the future at makakalikha ng mas maraming trabaho, mahalaga para sa self-preservation ng Canada.

Hi Chelleski, actually gusto namin tlaga townhouse minimum. Kaso mejo tumataas na ng husto ang price ng townhouse kaya pati apartment condo na 3 bedroom ineentertain narin namin. Prefer kasi namin dito sa Richmond para malapit sa trabaho at pamilya. Hybrid work narin kasi ako hindi na fully remote kaya need malapit ang lilipatan. Salamat sa comment!😊🙏🫶

Kasama sa handbook namin yan kaso un role ko kasi mejo critical kaya di daw ma afford ng company na mawala ako ng matagal thats why they offered a letter of consideration as a supplemental document. Ganyan kasi un submission ng mga dating office mate ko pero parang ngayon tinanggal na un others. Un vacation is also valid, so if wala na tlga option un na ang reason na gagamitin namin. 👍
