Just don’t see how people are sleeping on HK Young. It’s phenomenal juice. Batch 1 is stupid good, batch 2 is right there and their single Barrel is delicious. Do yourself a favor and try to find those expressions. You’ll thank me later

The EC barrel proofs are good examples of marketing fluff, bandwagon-jumping over-proofing without any real benefit to the taste profile, imo. I’d rather have an EC SB at 94 proof, which tastes great and lets me have an extra pour with worrying about the extra alcohol. Ymmv.

Yeah, I thought the disco 11 was good. I think 12 is a little more complex as far as this year’s bottles I put it just behind the Russell 15. Cheers.
