Bedford Creative Arts
Великобритания
Добавлен 5 апр 2012
We create and deliver quality transformative experiences that give everyone the freedom to be and express who they are.
Our work often happens outside of galleries and theatres and where those spaces don’t exist. We don’t have a public venue, you will find us popping up in community centres, in towns and the countryside across Bedfordshire.
Bedford Creative Arts is a charity funded by Arts Council England, Trusts and Foundations and your support.

It looks as though the LZ-127, "Graf Zeppelin" served as the model for the illustrations here. I would love to know more about this book and its origins.
somethings not quite right with the sound, its overlapped in the second half
No mention of the successful R100 designed by Barnes Wallis and built at Howden in Yorkshire.
strange

Difficult audio.
Look forward to checking this out! The outline of the huge hangers that stood out in the landscape on the numerous occasions that I have driven to Bedford on the A1 to work at the Kadam office. I look forward to learning about the history of Shuttleworth. Mike Stubbs has also been a long standing artistic associate- so doubly excited!
Thanks Cheryl. That was enjoyable. Good to see the interest in airships is still here!
Correction: Thomas Wayling’s card was the only passenger card written aboard. Other press were passengers. Cheryl Ganz, Smithsonian Curator Emerita
our "local" tv channel - so glad that they remembered Bedford ... over 100 miles from Norwich .... hardly local good report though - correctly calling them SHEDS at the start of the report, then spoiling it by using the ignorant term "hangars" during the report ....
er no - the Skyship 600 wasn't known as the "Good Year" airship!!! - that was the earlier one called "Europa" ..... !!!!! and that wasn't a "Skyship The Skyship 600 was the one in the James Bond film "A View To A Kill" - don't panic, they didn't really crash it into the Golden Gate Bridge ....
