Eagle eye spelt it wrong on in my comment about the six million dollar man eye action man.Loved the adverts and playing with them even though they were brought for my brothers.

Use to have that till gave it away with boat cannon and my first action in the early 2000s. Could kick myself now. Last year I picked up an action man 1982 talking commander with eagle eye. Few months 1973 field commander and field radio boxed and a 1982 G. I. Joe Duke US army soldier and spare uniform. Last month a 1973 pilot. Land rover army Jeep and Scout car. Last week 2 1993 action men and dinghy with board motor. I always say 60s 70 action mans the best. Can't call those 1990s are action man because they look cheaper and not made by Palatoy. As say picked up 2 90s action man figures knees don't bend I thought I sit them in the jeep see what they look like but couldn't fit.

Called into a vintage toy store today. Thought I might pick one up came back with two. A 1973Action man Field commander and field radio dressed in bomber jacket set boxed with paperwork and booklets reduced from £195 to £155. And a 1992 G.I. Joe Duke US soldier with stand unboxed price £20. Came with gun but guns pretty big to go with doll. She let me have it for £10. Then picked up an army uniform bagged. £10. Not sure yet if it for a G.I. Joe or action man. Does the G. I. Joe name duke come complete with weapon or not.

My action man was an early one with solid hair and had a pull string voices but didn't work but I had cool uniforms like the space outfit different from ones IV seen his white boots were very big and thick and same with the helmet with no visor , and I had snow shoes and a flame thrower and plenty of army boots ,my friends had eagle eye and crew cut hair and scorpion tank better than any android phone

My brother got the sailor figure, many years after what I call our "originals" which brought us endless hoyrs of fun playtime and also, just fun exploring the uniforms etc. Great, great memories.

Never had the armoured car but it looks awesome, but did manage to get the 40th anniversary uniform which is very cool, I also own the armoured jeep which I had as a kid and would love to see a video on that. Please keep these bids going as they're great to watch👍👍

I was a lucky boy when Santa bought me this tank one Christmas! The caterpillar tracks went first, boo, hoo! Great trip down memory lane.

My favourite was alway the Infantry Soldier and I was ecstatic when I was old enough to join up and saw myself in the mirror with the exact outfit holding an SLR.

Aw what a brilliant video 👏👏 Yeah, fair to say that as a kid in the 70s my Action Man was my brother, my hero and my friend. He gave me an interest in play and history which probably took me into living history and doing historical workshops in schools. So definitely 3 cheers for the little plastic guy with the inexplicable scar. A true hero 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

So I've just purchased my first action man 1964 original...the hands are discoloured and are becoming brittle ,I would like to get a new pair of grip hands and replace them ...would this effect its price or is something that's excepted and not a big deal ...its a German officer and cost me 65 quid...so not the most expensive but its good condition
