Why wouldn’t you show how to assemble it?

As soon as I saw this dress, I knew I HAD to make it for my new granddaughter! I wanted it exactly as shown, so I ordered the recommended yarn following your link. I have to admit that although I am far from a novice and am very familiar with both the flower square and the subsequent stitches, I have never used this yarn. I almost gave up because the yarn split easily and was super slippery. It turns out I got a defective skein. The seller sent me 2 new ones at no charge. I am super excited now because, so far, it is looking beautiful! Thank you for sharing this pattern and the tutorial!
