What size hook
For this tutorial, your hook size will be dependent on the yarn type available to you in your area and the drape you would like to feel on your project. If you want the drape loose, you could use a large hook size between 6mm - 10mm but if you want it tight (stitches) then you may want to use size 3mm - 5mm. Remember to swatch first to check out what I have just talked about.

How can I divide the panels into three I’m having difficulty trying to divide them
You are dividing/folding one long rectangle panel into three. The rectangle is first as wide as the widest part of your body. Then you fold it into two front panels and a back panel. The back panel is almost twice of one front panel. I demonstrated this in the video. Watch it again and let me know if you face the same problem. 🙂
