Hands Down, It's The Best Track Of The Entire LP. Best Of All, I Love Clare Fischer's String Arrangements On This Song. Babyface Sure Made A Good Choice Of Choosing Him To Do The Fancy Musical Footwork On This Project.

1986年頃だったかな？当時プリンス好きの高校生だった俺はこのアルバムを購入し、この曲が特に気に入った。勿論日本での英語教育は読み書きだけなので、この曲の歌詞については全くわからない。ただ、desireはわかる。多分愛欲の歌と思っている。そして俺の人生で最も重要な名曲である。歌詞の意味は、理解できない方が良いだろう。George ClintonやBootsy CollinsのP-funkも、歌詞が理解出来た途端に幻滅してしまった。曲は良いのだが…too kinky!
