Which finish is the smoothest on your face? I’ve heard the stone wash is sometimes a little less smooth

I have had my Merica razor for a few years now. I can put any blade in it and get a great shave. In my opinion it is a very forgiving razor for daily use. Great product.

I got a brass Merica for Christmas. Great razor. I just pre-ordered a Winning razor. I can’t wait. Glad to support a family business, made in the USA. 🇺🇸

Hello. I got the Merica brass for Christmas and it is an awesome shaver. Also I really like the pine shaving soap & splash. Any input on how to keep it looking good? Being brass, it’s getting a little funky (black and green).

$80 for a dang razor? May as well be selling fur sinks and rhinestone shoelaces. Good luck to you! ;)

I picked up the last of the three razors shown above, the Winning in Ti- I already have the Merica in SS and the 921-M in a variety of finishes but I really prefer the Ti version with the standard long handle. My comments on efficiency and daily shavers: 1. Merica: a near perfect razor, just a touch milder than the 921-M 2. The 921-M: this to me, is THE perfect razor, the long long handle is what tips the scale- flexible to another level. Perfect! No other word 3. The Winning: this is Aggressive! No other word; I’m on my guard when I shave with this razor, no question about it being a daily beater.

Can I use handle from Merica razor with 921 heads?

I recently ordered my first Yates razor (a Merica) because of the good reviews I saw online. If the Hungarian customs office finally gives it to me, I can try it out next week. I had no idea that this was a family business, but I'm very happy to be able to support you a little bit myself. It's amazing that a fledgling team could come up with such excellent products on the first try, I wish you all the best for the future!

There was this guy in a shop I worked at who’d come by and slap or kick the machine while you were running it and he scared me so bad once I slapped him in the face

You dont know "pucker factor" until you've ran a Toshiba VTL. You'll go home every night with some form of PSTD. :)

Just recieved my stonewashed titainium h plate today to complete my titainium BYOR 921-H. I absolutley love it. Best razors in the business! Keep up the great work!

The as machined does it get a little tumbling after to smooth the edges and remove small burrs? All look great but I like the as machined for myself.

Great tips. For heads having, a sensitive skin soap is needed. Light pressure and moving the head is key.

Got the Merica from you a few months ago. Absolutely love it. This video was extremely helpful in explaining your different razors. Been eyeing your flagship 921-M…but may go BYOR as I prefer a 3.5” handle

That's a great hill for sledding. The boys look like they had a good time! I don't think I could handle a cold tub in winter. Maybe I'll revisit the idea in summer.

I don’t understand the pricing of your custom razor options on your site. to have the exact same razor just engraved cost significantly more not just the $25 extra as stated. all pricing is in AUD stainless razor engraved- $320 stainless razor- $164 titanium razor engraved- $460 titanium razor- $296 for those prices it would cost the same to aftermarket engrave a titanium razor for the same price to have YPM engrave a stainless steel razor. I bring this to your attention because I don’t think this has been calibrated correctly

Being in the military for 13 years now and seeing your Merica razor when i was shopping for my first safety razor.. i HAD to order it! That AND all the great things i heard about your razors and company, i knew your amazing product was going to be my choice to pop my safety razor cherry! I cant wait to get my razor on Tuesday!!!

All of your finishes are awesome, Jake. However, I love the looks of my stonewash SS razor with brass hybrid baseplate. Looks really slick.
