This version of the song was released as a single at the time of the tour's peak (with the curse word in "and though she will fuck up your life" bleeped out) on CD, cassette and 7" vinyl record. The vinyl and cassette versions feature an edited live version of "Abacab" taken from the previous tour's climactic Wembley Stadium gig, and fades out about halfway through the performance (just after the instrumental second half begins), while the CD release features the complete version as well as a live version of "The Brazilian" as an extra bonus track from the same gig. :)

UB40 were amazing back in the day. Ali is still great, in truth. Unfortunately, the rest of the current band don't seem to gel and this is such a pity, as it would be a shame if it harmed the band's legacy. I have no idea what that chap in the red hat is doing - it's like having a guy behind you in the cinema talking all the way through your favourite film. You just couldn't compare this with their gig at St Andrews back in the 80s.
