2015 Sierra 1500 with Air Designs Fender Vents.

Quick lil video with some updates to my 15’ ProCharged Sierra. Recently added some Amp Research Power Steps, 17-19 2500 HD Hood and some Air Design Fender Vents I had painted to match the body color. Super happy with how everything turned out. With the hood and vents, as well as the forward facing air intake; my IAT’s have dropped drastically even with the outside temps being in the 90’s.

I bought one today
the most beautiful sierra i have seen, im doing my lights and grill this way
Thank you.
Have you had any issues with the passenger light not coming on after you drive somewhere, or having a delay before it kicks on?
What’s up, no I haven’t. So far; so good. Zero issues with em.
Nice truck. What kind of racks are those?
Thank you. The roof rack is from Yakima. This one has the HD bars but they also have different styles to choose from.
@@bloop-blooptv3753 thanks. Looking for a sturdy top bar to carry ladders. I have a hitch mount bed extender but need something strong above the cab
Which taillights do you have on the truck?
@Bloop-Bloop TV hey bro how are these headlights holding up? I’ve seen some really bad reviews but live they way they look. Any issues?? Thanks badass truck bro!
What’s up. I haven’t had any issues with them at all. Very happy with them.
Any problems with these lights since you got them installed ?
What’s up, zero issues with them.
I see you got that hood you were talking about! Hell yeah man that looks good! Damn good. Right now mine is in the shop getting tuned after fueling upgrades (in tank pump/fuel lines/injectors/pulley swap). When I'm ready I think I'm going for the rksport hood. After truck upgrades, vacation, and plantation shutters for the house I'm strapped. 😭
Thank you. And yes. I looked at the RK sport hood too. It’s also very nice. Overall I’m super happy with this hood. Good luck with your truck. What kinda power do you expect it to make?
@@bloop-blooptv3753 I told them I was shooting for 550+whp. I was at 431whp/462wtq with a 4.5 pulley using whipple's stock calibration and, according to whipple, was limited due to fueling. Here's hoping the new fueling upgrades frees up what I'm after. In reality, I'll be happy with 500whp on 91. No clue what pulley they're testing with. It's a stock 5.3 so I'm not expecting crazy numbers...daydreaming of it though lol. "Mario, you hit 617/648". If I get 2-3 years out of the motor I'll be happy. GM should release something with better interior by then.
@@snooka2484 nice! You should have no problem getting around 600whp. Good luck again. Take it easy.
Can u send me info on your engine set up?
What’s up. It’s a built/studded L83, fully forged rotating assembly, LT4 fuel system, D1-X head unit, BTR cam. If you have IG check out Bloop_Bloop_USA
Ok ill check out your ig and thx for the info I will look what will fit my truck
what are those Fog lights?
What’s up. They are the Morimoto XB LED Fog Lights. Excellent quality/output as well.
You should do a quick nighttime drive to see the output. Not a lot videos for these headlights out there.
What’s up. Did you happen to see this one. It’s not of the truck driving but does show the output at night. Hopefully this helps. ruclips.net/video/t-2FjGomSCg/видео.html
@@bloop-blooptv3753 sweet, thanks. I just ordered these so I'm getting a feel for what I'm in for. Nice truck btw. I have a 14' double cab Sierra.
@@d.ortega4574 thank you. You should be super happy with them. Install is easy and mine were almost dead nuts perfect as far as fine tuning the final adjustments. Good luck.
Bloop, today I'm upgrading the throttle body with a zr1 95mm. I'm hoping I don't have clearance issues with the 4.5 pulley the whipple kit came with, but I was planning on swapping pulley either way. Also, not sure what intake system to go with. I'm still using the stock airbox. Any recommendations?
What’s up. I know companies like ICT Billet make a TB plate that will rotate your TB to allow for better clearance options. And for your intake setup. Aside from making something custom. I believe Weapon X makes a SUPER nice carbon fiber 5” intake setup. Would be definitely something worth looking into. Hope this help. Good luck.

WTH?? Meant to post second comment on a diff video. Lol
Nice!! Did you go with a bigger TB and any porting on intake manifold? Thank you
What’s up. The TB is the oem L83 one. I did have it ported to 88mm (from 80mm). Intake manifold is stock.
Love the Ingenuity.
Been watching all of you videos, even saw the dyno run at Strictly Performance while back. Man....... my procrastination disability has kept me from going forced induction. Your truck is amazing!!
LOVE IT!!! Saw your truck on a Ryno run video while back at Strictly Performance. I see you have done a lot. Thank you and congratulations having the Cojones to do this. I am getting closer on going forced induction and have been set on a 2.9 Whipple but your setup just brought a “Come to Jesus” moment. Dammit!!!
What’s up. Can’t go wrong with either one. Seen both make great power and still be super reliable.
Looks like the inside of the space shuttle 👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️
Fucking bad ass looking 👍 ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
Does it drone bad when towing?
What’s up, no it’s not terrible as far as drone goes. It’s just a tad loud when your getting on it. I’m using high flow cats and a single muffler right now, and have plans to change up the exhaust in the future to a true dual muffler setup w/o cats. But as it is at the moment; is not bad at all.
What cam
What’s up, the cam is a BTR Stage 2 Supercharger Cam.

Are they really bright? Worth the upgrade?
What’s up, yes. Definitely worth it, I’d buy em again if I had another Sierra lol
@@bloop-blooptv3753 Awesome!🔥🔥
Hey man, I installed mine and I’m getting a turn signal hyper flash from both of the headlights. My truck came with factory LED’s. Is there a video you can make on how you installed yours? or maybe you can help me on what my issue on mine may be?
What’s up, did you happen to change anything with your taillights when you also installed the headlights? Did you only plug the new headlights in and not run the constant power supply wire from the battery?
@@bloop-blooptv3753 no my headlights are stock other than the reverse light which didn’t cause anything odd with the factory headlights. The headlights and daytime running lights work fine. My truck came with factory LED’s/DRL’s so thought I didn’t have to run the wiring to the fuse box?
@@tubby687 yeah, I didn’t run the additional wire to power the DRL either as it was mentioned in the install video not to if you have factory DRL. that is super odd your getting hyper flash. Not sure if it matters but do you have them both setup to operate in “sequential” mode? If one is and the other is not; maybe that would cause the hyper flash. I’m not totally sure tho.
@@bloop-blooptv3753 I have both of them set as solid right now
@@bloop-blooptv3753 so when you installed yours did you cut a gray wire on the harness? In the instructions it says to cut a gray wire for proper functionality but it doesn’t specify what the gray wire is for

@@bloop-blooptv3753 awesome! New Follower here 🔥🔥🔥
I just installed these on my 15 all terrain. They look so good! I've never had headlights with horizontal adjustment. Did you adjust your horizontal at all? I wonder what effect it would have, like viewing angles from the side and down road.
What’s up, they are excellent headlight assemblies. I did not mess with the horizontal adjustment and I had to adjust the vertical ones but just a small about. Was impressed with how close to “perfect” they were from right out the box. Super happy with them. Especially with the bit of a “facelift/update” it gives the front of the 2015 trucks.
@@bloop-blooptv3753 Cool. I got another question for you since you're like one of the very few people on RUclips that has these lights too. When I'm in drive the DRL are super bright. When the fog lights are enabled they dim as they should along with the when the headlight projectors are on. On mine though, when I put it in park and the light is set to auto nothing is on. Everything is off. I actually like it because it's stealthy while the truck is on and in park with the truck on, but I'm not sure if that's normal. Obviously if I select park mode on the lights they come on. Do yours turn off completely when in park and lights set to auto? Thanks for replying man. I got a whipple kit coming in next month! I kept going back and forth between procharger or whipple. Your truck is badass 🤙
@@snooka2484 Thank you very much. When it’s daytime/light out and the truck is running, in park, and the switch is set to auto, my DRL are on but in the dim setting, they do not turn on to “full intensity” until the truck is put in drive. I’m almost certain of this but can double check in the future. I do know if you turn on your fog lights; it will also dim the DRL. But I’m pretty sure my are on at all times as long as the truck is running. When your truck is running, in park, day time, w/ the switch set to auto; the entire headlight assembly including the amber side marker lights are off? Also; I seriously considered going with a Torqstorm Supercharger and was considering running a Whipple too for a while before I made the decision of the ProCharger. All Great choices either way. One more thing, do your DRL power up along with the turn signals when you use your key fob to lock/unlock your truck?
@@bloop-blooptv3753 When I unlock, only the turn signals flash, doors unlock. Same for locking. This is during the day. Will check again at night. When I auto start, the dim DRL and amber reflectors lights come on. When I put the key in the ignition and turn the key leaving truck in park the dim DRL and amber reflector lights turn off and stay off until I put the truck in drive. Then the Bright DRL come on. The only time the dim DRL and amber reflector lights come on is when the fog lights are enabled or if I switch from auto lights to manual mode. Just one click over basically. Or when the projector lights come on in auto mode (at night) or manually. One thing that I was uncertain of was the DRL harness. I read that it was not necessary if your truck already has DRL. Our All Terrain's have DRL, so I didn't bother with it. It's either normal or I should have installed the harness or I have a faulty set? I doubt both would fail though.
@@snooka2484 pretty sure mine are the same way, I think thats normal. I simply plugged them in too. And set them up to do the sequential turn signal. I have my truck put away and covered for the winter (I’m in Michigan and I’ve always parked this truck for the winter season due to all the salt) and at the moment I have a few things removed from the engine so I am currently unable go start it and double check. I’m working on a new forward facing air intake and adding a heat shield for the filter. But once it’s back together I’ll double check just to be sure.
daamnnn nice whipp just got mine today !!
Thank you.
Is it possible to make the C shape led in amber? Like the ford f150's and raptors?
I haven’t seen it, but I’m sure it’s doable.
Those taillights are pretty cool. What are they?
What’s up. Thank you, I looked for a while trying to find ones that resembled the 16+ Denali taillights. They are made by “Spec-D”. So far they have been great and no issues. They fit the body of the bed great. But the terminals that plug into the factory sockets took a lil bit of reworking to fit correctly. Overall though I’m really happy with them. Thanks again.
This is cool
Love the low street truck look you’ve got going on. Everyone is jacking these trucks to the sky, which looks terrible to me. And the exhaust note is amazing! I bet your neighbors love you. What trim level is this truck? Seeing yours makes me want to get one of these.
Haha. Thank you very much. And yes; my neighbors definitely know when I’m coming or going. Luckily I have great neighbors. This is a SLT Sierra with the All-Terrain trim/package. It’s always been my favorite since I first seen them at the auto show years ago when they first introduced this generation; back in 2014. Thanks again.
Do you mind if I ask a couple questions? What suspension kit is this? I assume it’s lowered, but how much? Also, are those the factory wheels and tires? What are there sizes? I love the hot rod look, and obviously the sound as well. I had a 2008 TBSS until 2017 and your truck really reminds me of the sporty look and sound it. Before that I had a 2003 Silverado 5.3 with long tubes and full exhaust which sounded pretty good, but not like yours. I miss those V8s vehicles. What kind of mileage do you get?
@@BriBo24x7 what’s up, I lowered the truck 2 inches upfront and 4 inches in the back. The front has 2” Belltech drop knuckles and the rear has 2” drop shackles. I also removed the factory aluminum blocks between the axle and leaf springs. I added helper bags because I still tow my camper very often with this truck. I’ve done additional upgrades to the suspension like add Calvert Racing Traction bars, front/rear Hellwig sway bars, and all the bushings are polyurethane. It has a BTR stage 2 supercharger cam along w/ a D1X ProCharger. I average 12.5 mpg but I’m typically heavy on the gas and I do run E85 in it. But I built this truck to somewhat be “the best of both worlds”. I wanted a fun/sporty daily driver truck that makes good power but can still be driven on long road trips while towing my 31’ travel trailer. And it’s been great! It also has a Circle D triple disc torque converter and I added Bilstein 5100 shocks all the way around. I’d really love to go 1-2 inches lower but do not want to sacrifice towing/ride quality. The wheels are OEM replicas. Currently have 305/35/24 inch Nittos on it but they are at the end of their life. Putting 315/35/24’s on it over winter. Thank you for the compliments on it! I really do appreciate it. It truly does handle extremely well for a full size truck on “big” wheels. Thanks again.
@@bloop-blooptv3753 Thanks for all of the information. Wow, you’ve got a lot of time and money in it! I bet it is really fun to drive! What you’ve done hits all of the high points of what I like in performance street trucks, fast, goes around corners well, and it looks killer! I think I’ve seen your truck in another video, if not it looks identical. Is this yours? ruclips.net/video/T-ZRFb8KzfY/видео.html
@@BriBo24x7 your welcome; and yes.... that’s my truck (I love that video lol). I’m looking to do a few things to it between this winter and spring. So hopefully I’ll have some updates in the near future. Thanks again for everything. Have a good one.
Hey what up brotha. I was just wondering how your running your line setup. I see two lines going to the back but where are they leading too ? I’m guessing one is to the passenger side 1/2 OEM but the other line I’m lost on lol
What’s up. For the valve cover hose(s); they come from both valve covers to a “tee” that runs to the can; from there the other hose goes to the air filter with a check valve near the filter element itself. (The arrow on the check valve should be facing away from the can.) The second can is coming from the intake valley cover; to the can and then running to the intake manifold port. You’ll also want a check valve between the inline manifold (used for boost reference) and the can itself. (Also with the arrow facing away from the can). I hope I explained this well. Let me know. Thank you.
Clean lookin Truck Bro! I dig your style...it's different! 👍🏾👍🏾

@@bloop-blooptv3753 You're welcome Dude!
Badass truck. You think the headlights are worth it? Are they really that bright like morimoto makes them out to be in their vids? Thinking of getting them trying to convince myself to pay 1200 or not lol
What’s up & Thank you. Well worth it, I had the Morimoto HID (Sierra Spec) setup in my factory headlights and these are a drastic improvement over them. They are definitely worth it. I am super happy with them.
