    I wish meditation channels would do videos of the opposite. People who have severe health anxiety are too aware of their body and every minute sensation. I wish there were meditations where we could get away from our bodies instead.

      Thank you for sharing your perspective. You raise an excellent point about how different approaches to meditation and relaxation can be needed for different situations. For those dealing with health anxiety or hyperawareness of bodily sensations, techniques that shift focus away from the body can indeed be helpful. Some options to consider: - Visualization meditations - Guided imagery work - Mindfulness practices focused on external sounds or sights - Self-hypnosis that create a sense of detachment from physical sensations - Mantra-based meditations You might find some of these more suitable for your needs. Everyone's journey is unique, and it's important to find practices that work for you. I appreciate you bringing this up and would you be interested in content exploring some of these alternative approaches?

      One feedback that I would like to propose, if you're open to it, is perhaps moving the explanation portion of the video to a shorts video. Since I know most practices already, I'd love to just go right into them. I know other viewers may not potentially know them and you can mention that what these practices are in the description or to tell your viewers to "check out the short on this particular practice" that can beer kicked in the description of the video.

    Wow, your NSDR is really effective considering that it's not as long as some others that I've done. I think part of the reason is the pace to ease in and really give time to allow that. Thank you for this guided session.

      @@LingWellness Btw, I should mention this in case it's helpful to know. I usually pair both PMR and yoga nidra together. I have a playlist just so PMR plays first and then yoga nidra plays after. I usually do PMR first because I find that my body is sometimes not relaxed enough to do yoga nidra. I know everyone may be different but that is and has worked for me.
