But they DO want their way, they just want others to read their mind and make the decisions for them so they have the outcomes they want without the responsibility of being an adult and making decisions. This is good advice. As a man who I thought was being considerate of women's autonomy and tried to "round table" the decisions more, I noticed it increased the frustrations all around. A certain level of assertiveness is rewarded with women.
