Hello! We were living on the boat up until the start of April this year. We're currently back in the UK working so that we can move to London and do masters degrees in September! After that we'll be saving up for a bigger boat!😁💙

Hello! The French Waterways website is great for all of this information. I believe the recommended maximum draft for both of those (yes we did do the Garonne first too!) is 1.3m and the absolute max. around 1.5m or maybe 1.6m😁 We got through fine with 1.4m, often got stuck in mud when mooring at the sides though😂 Also got stuck in the middle of the basin in Toulouse... Haha we were lucky that they were nice and understanding! We do indeed, did manage to sail for a while in this one at least😁 The engine has done us proud, especially after all of the issues we had back in Séte! We've heard lots of people say that there is always either too little or too much wind here and it certainly seems to be the case to us. It really depends where you are! We use an app that has been super useful for finding places to stay. This place was particularly cheap compared to the other marinas around👍

@@garyseven777 We have Wi-Fi onboard that hasn't let us down yet! Sometimes it stops working when we're further out at sea but other than that it works super well!

I imagine that's true yes, this was the first time it happened to us! We often see wasps, bees and butterflies out at see which is always confusing😂 I think he looked fine in the end, just needed to rest like you said. Thank you for watching😁💙

Haha thank you, it was very odd to have it onboard😂 The knee looked worse in real life than it does in the video, it doesn't look as deep of a cut on camera! All better now though😁 We always seem to get stuck with headwinds yes, very frustrating!
