N's decision in episode 8 during the hallway scene isnt actually stupid, he shouted at her to stop to save her life from cyn which was giving V the illusion that SHE was N

V is actually a pretty well written character when you actually try to understand what is going on in the Murder Drones universe, for starters the scene in 1:20 that "makes no sense" of she saying that if they do their jobs that "thing" leave us alone, she is actually talking about Cyn, same thing later in the same episode when she literally says "different body same horros CYN", she knows cyn can control robots that has the AbsolutSolver mutation, so everything that V did in the show was to protect N from cyn, since faking hating him on the first episodes so he wouldn't learn about their mission, up to sacrificing herself for Uzi.

bruh the series just ended so hurry and many stuff just remained unfinished....as a V fan im happy to see V got her full character arc but i mean J Doll and a bunch of other stuff just being a mess

The hallway scene literally almost brought me to tears because of the raw emotion put into her lines, and when V tried to tell Cyn that she could still do her job, the pure hopelessness and desperation, I FELT THAT. SO HARD. And re-watching the series after that is like a sucker-punch when you see all the things that you now fully understand, like the small glimpse of Tessa in Cabin fever for example, it felt so random at first, but knowing everything now, it's sort of terrifying how early on Cyn was catching up to them.

I feel like it could have been a LOT worse than it was, most of the problems are minor things and don't ruin the episode

I just wish murder drones had an extra episode or something to flush out the characters better, plus I also thought early on that N and V would be a thing. Will you be making any more MD content?

To be honest, V's impact is comparable to Uzi's. They both had different goals, but that competition between these 2 led to the solvation of defeating absolute solver

The thing that absolute solverly shattered me is n and v’s relationships potential.

The way you analyze the writing by noticing small, but just as important details as some things that V had said, which ultimately made her dialogue in the hallway scene impactful, is very impressive. Although I disagree with some parts in this video (probably because of bias, which is a bad thing on my part), it doesn't take away from what you talked about. Great job!

V was my favorite from the beginning, I had mixed feelings about her in episode 2-5, i was really sad that she “died” in episode 6, and episode 8 gives me more reasons to love her

i hated episode 8, it was everything i didnt want in a murder drones episode it felt like. it was jsut a bad episode (if someone wants me to say why i can explain jsut ask me to in a reply.) but the hallway scene really made me rethink abt v as a character, from the start i always loved v and j, they were just really baddie and fabulous. i really wish episode 8 was better, i think the hallway scene was like the perfect scene however. it fit perfectly with an ending episode. episode 8 itself was just a horrible ending to murder drones in general though.

Your analysis of the hallway scene and V's character are illuminating, but I respectfully disagree with most of the rest of your opinions. Episode 8 failed to tie up some loose ends, but was so fun and horrifying I can't complain.

Honestly the hallway is the closest I’ve felt to fear in this show because that thing scares the shit out of V, someone who seemed to be a sadistic killer, as well as being pretty badass. V being scared honestly also served as a great way to hype up Cyn and get the point across to anyone that hasn’t gotten the idea already that Cyn is terrifying

BUT... It was already very clear that V remembers everything, I had already understood it before episode 8. However, a little presicion V says: “You work with cyn?” to J. So that means that it's not the case for V, so in my opinion it's cyn who pretended to be tessa to V, and who manipulated J and then J manipulated V.

1:51 It actually makes sense if you understand the story! :D V : "different body same horrors, huh Cyn?" On numerous occasions, we were able to see Uzi loosing control over her own body especially in episode 6 where they are in a facility and Uzi's finger was about to cut off you can see that it wasn't 'Uzi' who was in control when she snapped, on some occasions we saw her eyes changed colors to yellow(you can see Uzi's eyes glitching yellow in the elevator scene), indicating Cyn was in control! Same goes for this scene except Cyn's control was going in and out. In the flashback, we can see Cyn causing chaos in the ballroom making the word 'horror' in the dialogue has the meaning of chaos. The reason Cyn was able to control Uzi, is because they're a different type of worker bots called 'Zombie drones' which can be seen in one of the episodes where N found a guide book/video about them, the Russian bot(forgot her name) is also a zombie drone Uzi : "Can I talk to N?" V : "I'll make sure you can't" The reason why V forbids 'Uzi' to see N is because Cyn(who is in Uzi's body) has some type of obsession to N, proven in the last episode in the scene where Cyn is digging in to N's body(where she is screaming let me in numerous times) 2:20 Yes! She actually remembers and I'm pretty sure J also remebers, but for N, he doesn't remember fully Why? In the early episodes, J stabbed N making him reboot and Uzi shot him with some type of gun(?) where he regenerates, he seemed lost, like he lost his memories. That's why in N's flashback, it wasn't really one as Uzi mentioned that they are retrieving memories that he 'lost'. Why did we only see this trio? Maybe because they are the 'team' that are dispatched/assigned within/to the area the animation took place. I'm sure there are more, but we just didn't see them 2:40 V : "Uzi, I trust you" V never really trusted Uzi as she knows Uzi is a zombie drone who can hurt them based on her experience with Cyn, but after knowing her better and spending sometime with her. V finally decided to leave N to her care as V meant to sacrifice herself so Uzi and especially N survives. 3:57 V keeps mentioning the 'job' they were supposed to do and leave, the job she meant was removing Cyn fully as she is a threat. That's why she despised Uzi, as she is a zombie drone and could be controlled by Cyn therefore not fully removing Cyn. But after episode 6, she trusts Uzi and decides not to kill her anymore and solely focus on the mission of removing Cyn. Therefore the reason V mentioned the 'job' again is because J has betrayed the mission and her by joining Cyn's side which is basically joining the enemy

I have no idea why people are disappointed in the finale, like none of these people actually give a clear reason on why its "bad". Seriously the only problem is that it was just a bit short, nothing else feels majorly bad about this finale and it all made sense to most.

Saying that episode 8 is a bad finale for the show is like saying that N isn't the most fucking adorable thing ever.

I feel so bad for V cause she never even got N, Ik its still a happy ending cause she was able to keep N safe and now that Cyn is dead, he is safe, but the Envy ship is so tragic bruh, the childhood friend never wins their love istg 😭

And it was very clear that V had some memories from before they were turned into Murder drones, as she hinted at it in other episodes. She also said “Uzi… I trust you” right before she unalived herself because she was starting to realise how much Uzi meant to N, she was losing hope in saving humanity so she was trying to become a better Robot. She also sacrificed herself bc she knew that she would come back; Just like J did. Your point at 4:40 was 100% right, she cared for N and didn’t say anything because she knew the consequences if she had told him; that’s why she was so rude to Uzi- Uzi was a danger to her end of the deal because if N had become to close with her then she wouldn’t have been about to hold her end of the deal.

The Seen at 3:35 is CYN not V, since V was with N and the others outside the whole time, and it was clear tejas V knew more then N or us since she was constantly hiding things from N and Uzi, that’s why it was confusing at first why she had it out for Uzi. It was because she knew they would have to kill her to save everyone just like how “Tessa” (CYN) told N without telling Uzi.

1:37 That wasn’t actually V, she was the frozen lake. That was the absolute solver disguise as V. Her mannerisms, the way she stood, and talked looked like Cyn’s mannerisms. That wasn’t V.

People think I simp for v because hotness or whatever, but I only started after episode 3 because I am a lore enthusiast. I could tell from there. There was lore building up. I simp because she cares enough to do anything to save N. She cares about him more than anything. That is someone I can respect and love.

Still don’t think V needed to pretending she didn’t know N in the pilot. That scene seems like it was done for the joke instead of a logical reasoning. I could also argue the whole insanity personality also didn’t make sense and it was done only for the joke. Insane V is what drew me into the show but we should have gotten cold hearted straight-man V from the beginning.

I swear, MD is unwatchable if you don't watch videos like this alongside it 😂 I completely glossed over the entire V segment . I sort of thought it was just V panicking or something, but you explained it perfectly ! Amazing video❤
