Georgia native here, you nailed it. I note you avoided mentioning religion and politics (probably wise), but for some these are an issue. The Atlanta sprawl is relatively liberal, but rural areas are a sharp contrast with conservative to reactionary views common.

I disagree. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the weather!! I’m from OH & I’m used to 2-4 feet of snow in past winters, so the complaining about the heat and humidity & 1/4 in. of snow & the 30° temps are laughable to me!!
My family and I LOVE the four seasons here. We did leave a beach town in CA so the summers a quite different for us but love winter spring and autumn!

@@BURBSOFATLANTA I don't know if you can work with this but I had to get a copy of my vehicle registration from the tax office at Townelake Pkwy and 575. It only took me ten minutes to get in and out of there. You could do anything. Hiking trails, traffic patterns, the amphiteater line up, the Halloween festival and the wifi at that library is SUPER FAST. Walmart, Target locations. Whatever gets you more clients. The world is your oyster.😁 Keep going. I like the videos.

Huh? Sandy Springs is a great place to live (there are some highly questionable areas), but it certainly does not have exceptional public schools. Charter or otherwise. For excellent public schools, you should look nearby to East Cobb. Almost none of the 'questionable areas' and great schools from K-12 pretty much across the board. Throw a dart at a map of East Cobb and you'll be in a very good school district no matter what grade(s) your children attend. Housing can be reasonably affordable as you can grab a split-level from the 70's for around 500k give or take and either fix it up or tear it down for the lot. Similar homes in Sandy Springs would cost about 200k more depending on where exactly it's located.
All great points and I love East Cobb. I’m actually doing a couple videos there next week…One thing I want to clarify is when I highlight a suburb I’m not just comparing them to other suburbs and I’m comparing the whole package that comes with that suburb. Many of my clients are coming in from CA like we did, and even though Sandy Springs doesn’t have the best schools in the state they crush almost ever school district in my old neck of the woods… Again, I really appreciate your insights!
