After I've finished installing screws in all my tyres, I use this and always have then I change all my tyres and I never have any leaks until I fill my tyres with screws again.

IN CANADA I THINK AT GARAGE THEY HAVE TO PUT A PATCH INSIDE OR ITS ILLEGAL... I DID ONE AND ASKED JUST FOR THE PLUG.. GARAGE SAID NO.. PATCH ONLY OR NO FIX ... I THOUGHT THAT WAS ODD .. USED PLUGS FOR YEARS

Way to much extra unnecessary steps. The plugs are already covered in vulcanizing cement. That's why they are wrapped. You do not use the reaming tool for that.
