I’ll be relocating from NH to the Boston area soon and hope to be able to get that 2nd opinion soon, Janet. I’ve been in a wheelchair for nearly 6 years now but am told that with the right therapy, there’s hope for more. My personal goal, though lofty, is to once again walk with a cane. I didn't know Bob was dealing with this, and it saddened me to hear about it. Bob was THE man in Boston sports back in the 80s and 90s. Hopefully there are some treatments that can improve his condition.

Why can't we get sportscasters like that? I realize Bob may have heard it too many times, but I mean it! Miss you and wishing you a pain free future. My sweetheart, who passed away last year, suffered from severe pain caused by spinal injury until she got relief from a successful surgery.
