    Great video, thank you! Quick question - does it matter if my references aren't overly varied? For example, if I refer to CIPD for many questions, or to the same book over and over?

    • @HRCoursesOnline
      @HRCoursesOnline Месяц назад

      One of my favourite quotes is CIPD. I love CIPD regarding referencing, as they follow the preferred academic process. The variety isn't a major concern. However, I would caution you on the sources you use. Ensure they are evidence-based and academically relevant. Something like Indeed, which pushes out a lot of articles for SEO, is not suitable.

    No matter what I write, I’ve been seeing that it says your text looks like it’s written by AI, I am unsure how to navigate this. Will providing references get me through this problem?

    • @HRCoursesOnline
      @HRCoursesOnline Месяц назад

      CIPD centres use quite advanced generative AI detectors. We send 000's on ours, and the free ones online dont really look at the same things our paid ones do. Like plagiarism, we have 00's of responses to build a profile on responses. My recommendation would be if you haven't used generative software, it will pass the centre's AI detectors. Spell checks are fine, but IMPROVE IT features where AI suggests how it should be written will fail.

    • @HRCoursesOnline
      @HRCoursesOnline Месяц назад

      Think of vertical integration as a company merging. Everyone starts to come into the sa,e office. There are two people for one role, for example. Horizontal is more than that; there are different companies, but they all act independently like Pepsico brands, such as Gatorade, Quaker Oats, and Doretos. How can HR ensure they all have the same GDPR training, Benefits, etc., and that its fair and equitable to all brands or do they need a central HR service across all brands.

    Hi James, I have completed my post graduation in international business with HRM, so now I want to take CIPD course but from which level should I start ???

    • @HRCoursesOnline
      @HRCoursesOnline 2 месяца назад

      I would recommend L5. It's easy to get caught up in the academic level, but CIPD is designed to help you be effective in your role and if you’re starting your career you are more likely involved in day-to-day HR management than strategy

  • @TheresaStanley-k2i

    Hi James, I have been given the brief regarding Home International for 5HR03 is that correct you have something differnt!

    • @HRCoursesOnline
      @HRCoursesOnline 3 месяца назад

      The CIPD assessment for 5HR03 is Eco-Insulate UK. Regardless of whether another centre is using a different narrative, the core ACs have to be the same, so you should have 10 ACs, which are 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4. An example of the core question CIPD wants to answer is AC1.1 - Explain the principles of reward and its importance to organisational culture and performance management. You can call it Home International, ABC & Co., or Badger Inc. You pass the question by answering the above core question.

    • @TheresaStanley-k2i

      @@HRCoursesOnline Ahh ok so they might use the old case study? The questions are in line with what you have (10) but the case study is still home international

    • @HRCoursesOnline
      @HRCoursesOnline 3 месяца назад

      It's not OLD, as I have never heard of Home International. It's probably just their own narrative to help you understand the context for the questions. You should get a marking guide with your assessment. The marking guide is what you're graded against, which is the key.
