The thing is, the "cheater face" has better developed features, and as such has more potential sexual partners. It's not that they want to cheat more than the other, but that they have more to choose from, and as such, cheat more. If you want to never cheat on someone, just be extremely ugly, so you can't cheat even if you want to (and if you do, is non consensual so you go to jail).
Not everyone with the face I mentioned is a cheater, but the thing is they are hyperactive and hyper sexual, so they are more probable to commit infidelity if they are not influenced by beliefs or culture.
