I'm not entirely sure what you're asking, but generally speaking: Public transport in Vienna (U-Bahn, Tram, Bus) is operated by Wiener Linien. You'll need a separate ticket to use these services. If you're traveling beyond Vienna's city limits (e.g., coming from another city or the airport), you'll need to purchase an additional ticket for that as well.

So I wanted to know if the 1 day public transport ticket will cover this station as well or if I need to buy a separate ticket (I’m not sure if this hotel is within city limits). Yes and no.. the SBahn (S7) and the ÖBB trains are mostly included. You just need to buy an additional ticket, costs 2,10 € for the first two stops from the Airport to the station Schwechat, as this part of the route is not included in the Vienna tickets. Also mind that the prices today are slightly more expensive than they were back then.

In the email, you should find a link titled something like "Information for Your Entries." This will lead to a document detailing the entry information for the State Opera, Schönbrunn Palace, Spanish Riding School/Hofburg, etc. You should find the discount code there. Hope this helps! With the Vienna Pass, you must pick up your Schönbrunn ticket at the counter, where you'll receive the next available time slot.
