Fantastic code-along! Can I just suggest that while you're doing screen-cap of code that you increase the font size, or run the screen in a lower res? If im watching on my desktop or TV then it's fine but on a phone screen, even if I have a high res, the font is still teeny-weeny 😂 Other than that, loving the channel. It's clear to see your natural enthusiasm for all this old-man nerd stuff (of which I am) and you're not merely a front for someone else's content. Keep it up!

I don't use separate bodies, I extrude the different coloured sections by differences of 0.003mm in fusion. So in your example the black would be at 6mm, the green at 6.003mm and the white 6.006mm. Bambu studio will allow you to use the colour painting fill tool to select them.

You can get blank SEGA Mega Drive PCBs for about 5€. Sacrificing another game for this repair seems not necessary.

Lol well that's me screwed. With my eyes if a solder pad is smaller than an inch no way I'll be able to solder it. Though, i have not soldered anything for over 20 years. Back in the 80's, i used to respir video recorders and TV's, but gave up because, even back then my eyesight was failing me. But, i am glad Keri gets to enjoy her hobby now she is young and has all this technology to help her. Its great to see young people still fixing stuff and not just throwing stuff away and getting new stuff. Though, i was surprised she never 3d printed a new cade for Gameboy.
