doesn't this version of the falcon have 5 legs?
@@john-p9d1o wow I didn't know that. I'll have to take another look. Thanks!
It’s looking really cool 😊
@@cerisekappes580 Thanks! I've really been neglecting this build for too long. I'm thinking it's time to do the details along the edge.
@@docshowsyouhow that’s good that you are back on finishing 🤗
Nice Job with that!
Thanks
Nice work!
Thanks!
The helmet/mask was what she wore when she was in the torpedo/probe in that TNG episode.
I am the 1000th subscriber.
@@WylochsArmory that's awesome! 😎 Thank you oh godfather of terrain crafting. Actually your channel is a big inspiration for me. Thanks for doing all that for the community.
@@docshowsyouhow Actual Wyloch electrons on your RUclips channel! This is it. You are somebody now!
Dang, one sub away from 1k. Hopefully you'll get there by the next post. These look great. Love the StarWars themed one with the torn billboard and crows nest. Definitely would enjoy watching you building one of these.
@@echodelta2426 yeah it bounces up and down 1 or 2 but it's sooooo close
I would certainly like to see a step by step tutorial!
@@AzukailGames I will add it to the list
KEEP THAT MOUSTACHE NICE FOR SPOOKY MONTH BROTHER
Cool project. They have the spooky factor 😊 Definitely on my list for the future 😊 I have Belladonna or Nightshade?
@@cerisekappes580 the clan of nightshade fairy, I like that
@@docshowsyouhow yes!!!!!
Great lip sinking and mustache and beard
The only question I have is how do you swap the dead batteries?
@@ShadowMage with this simple design I don't. However you can easily create a small chipboard box that the light would slide into. This would also allow you to change the light that color for different setups.
@@docshowsyouhow All right, cool.
@@ShadowMagemaybe it's time to do an update on this idea. Thanks for the inspiration
#WEarenumberone
Lions don't live in the jungle.
Ok this is weird
I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again Great beard and mustache have a great day
Very nice 😊
This is awesome dude!
@@Benja_Spa thanks!
Endor Logs from Blammo!
Nice, I had the same idea some time ago, but instead of paper, I used some old RA,F decals & stripes to decorate it.
Crazily awesome 😂😂😂
@@rhetoricbytolyan1987 thanks, not really sure where the inspiration came from
That’s a great beard great lip sinking keep up the great work I’m going to sub and have a great day
Thanks!
@@docshowsyouhow no problem
I’ll duet you
@@NiamhMullen-c7k I'd love to see what you make.

@@docshowsyouhow thank you
that's good🎉
And also beetle juice 2 is coming 7 more days so who is exited
I watched beetle juice 1 but the song Is not in the number 1
@@DXgang12d it's from the Broadway play.
@@docshowsyouhow I know my mom explained it that it's the musical
haha i love beetlejuice
Nice❤
Interesting idea. Might get better lighting results by putting shiny foil between the "glass" and the frame.
@@harlandmountain7998good point, I did use a good quality silver paint on some after this video
You should have 10, no 100 times the views you do. Incredible work
@@bn-auric79 thank you, not sure why I don't have more but it's always growing.
brand new to your channel enjoyed everything I've seen so far. I was able to [ick up several of each model on discount wound up paying about 4 pound apiece. I am not a Disney fan or Pixar but the ships just had that cool factor. To bad the film bombed.
@@jamesdeeds8799 they did design some good looking tech didn't they?
THIS IS GENIUS!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I AM DOING THIS ON A FLAT SURFACE, WHAT CAN I USE TO REPLACE THE PUSH PIN?
@@GoFarFarAway. You could attach them to each other. What are you planning? Maybe if I know a little more I can help.
Enjoyed the video. Just a suggestion. if you glue the gemstones on last you can skip the awkward steps of masking them, painting over them, and then pealing the masking.
Cool! I can make a bunch of these for Stargrave.
@@eEdselEdsel nice! I'd love to see what you come up with
Nice work!
@@jakestaples8498 thanks
Doc, ever look into Diamond Painting diamonds? Ypu should.
@@GrimmJD that's a new one on me. I'll look into it
Love the concept, very creative!
@@PortalCrasherGaming Thanks! It was a crazy out of the blue moment in the craft store when I saw the beads hanging underneath the half fake pearls. Let me know if you try it
I love your fuel tanks. How do you call that mesh tape that you used for the fuel tank stand?
@@RussianMishka100 it's dry wall tape. One roll goes a long way for miniature stuff.
Better than soda cans. I like that the figures can stand on top when the tanks are on their side. I am intrigued by that crafted glue station.with separate sections for bits and glue. Looks like a superglue lid is attached as a holder for something.
@@echodelta2426 Right. When I'm using that kind of super glue that lid holds it. In other situations I'll use a different super glue and pour it into the bottom of a soda can glued in the corner. Then I can use an exacto knife to grab whatever details on the rest of the Tray and dip the edge in that glue and then apply it to the model. I learned this trick by watching a video from Adam Savage. It's a wonderful video it's like a personal lesson for a man. Since you asked I may do a short video on it.
You did a great job. The model is very impressive. I love this job.
@@EganCreator thanks . Let me know if you give it a try
Nice work, dude, but holy crap that music is annoying! I had to mute it or it would have driven me mad - and to be honest, that would be a very short trip 😉
@@occamsrayzor good point sir. I just feel people get tired of hearing me talk.
Awesome!
@@Wolf74145Thanks
Nice work
@@jakestaples8498 thank you. Let me know if you try it
Nice I can hear the storm trooper helmet drums now
two years late to the party but i think the grate you didn't mask off looks and gunky and dusty and nasty, like neglect and dust have just built up on it perfect if you're going for an abandoned warehouse
@@RoseWaltz that's a good point, id love to see what you come up with.
Brilliant hack, I will be trying this one for sure.
@@bradcraig6676 if you do id love to see it.
Great job
Thanks. This is before I added the flocking.
Interesting, that's a lot cheaper than having to form that crap through controlled pulling/stretching of hot glue.
@@Iskelderon maybe a little faster too
There's some great and reasonably priced engraving tools from the scale model kit world if you want to do stuff like that more regularly. Stuff like engraving chisels with varying line widths.
@@Iskelderon I'll look into it. Thanks
I've made the same mistake of yellow at top fading to orange to red. It needs to be inverse. If you look at a real flame, the closer to the heat source, the brighter it becomes. it's red/orange (darker) at the outer edges and white/yellow closest to what is burning.
