Great video! this information was super helpful, and I considered internet like T-Mobile and Starlink, but the costs and connectivity drove me away. I'm a full time RVer and I use HomeFi. Its been the best for me, and its download and upload speeds have been great due to the strong signal! It has been affordable and reliable, and has great customer service too!

Chad, the switch is unnecessary. Reps from Battleborn can walk you thru the process of changing the victron setting to allow charging off 15 amp.

The fact that after nearly 4 decades most everything still remains relatively intact and operational is truly a testament to the quality and craftsmanship that was put in to these elite coaches.

Suggestion! Keep a hand on the wheel, it's disconcerting when you are driving hands-free. That said THANK YOU for finally explaining WHY to shift down. My husband does it all the time but never told me WHY. Also GREAT review! Thanks for opening all the doors and drawers and slide in/slide out. I want this RV all the more!

I like the 20 foot Bambi better due to the dinette not being U-shape. You could sit 4 people comfortably versus the U-shape dinette.

Great video! I have a question...If I purchase the TravlFi JourneyXTR LTE Wi-Fi Router, do I need the TravlFi Journey1 LTE Wi-Fi Hotspot for connection or does the Router works as a standalone connection (with the internet plans) for RV parks?

I don’t think you mentioned it, but the 23 does NOT have air conditioning vents in the bathroom nor an exhaust fan.

I have owned the Levelmate product for about ten years. As a solo traveler I need the functionality but I am totally disgusted with the product. It is defective overall. I learned quickly that it eats batteries so you have to take a pack of button batteries with you on camping trips because you never know when it will die. Years ago I reached out to the seller and he told me to just remove the battery on camping days and when in storage. I have to leave the case open and dig the battery out continuously. That works except you have to remember to install it back on breaking camp days- a hassle. A fellow Airforum member contacted the seller a year after I got mine, and he sent him a new unit with an on/off switch on it. Now the product is handled by TechnoRV the never able to contact people. I am looking for something else. If you read in forum posts on this product, owner after owner, complains about the power issue and they hack it trying to power it in different ways.

Airstream also made a 370 motorhome based on a Gillig chassis with a Ford engine.

What a shame. So sorry to hear about this. Hopefully you can get it resolved in a timely manner without too much reconstruction. Nice battery bank you’ll have. I’d like to add a couple more but not sure where to install them along with the extra weight.

Oh no! I feel somewhat better knowing the 2024.5 had the brackets installed to help solve this issue, but I am still concerned.

I am an AS owner as well. Sad 5hing is AS has know about this for a long time and did nothing to fix the problem and even refused to repair for many owners outside of warranty. It is a design flaw that Jackson Center has said in writing to me has been corrected on 2024 models.

There's a family in our neighborhood that has one of these-it appears from time to time in front of their house. The first time I saw it I was dumbfounded-I never knew that Airstream made anything like that! It's an impressive-looking thing. So cool that you got to experience one.

One of the tings was a NuTone Appliance Center in the kitchen. Google it. It was a very neat thing for its day. One of those circles is the motor control. The other one was a motor drive unit made for various attachments. The blender was the best part though. But there were various other things as well. Thanks for doing a video of this unit. They were so cool for their day!

Great video and a beautiful motor home. But what struck me is when Chad said that it only has 230 hp and yet a brand new Airstream Atlas has only just over 200 hp which is obviously not enough. If Airstream does bring it back I would hope that it would be more reliable than their current motor homes. Interesting video thanks for sharing.

We LOVE our Level Mate Pro. We have auto-level on our levellers but it is basically useless. We level manually, using the Level Mate to guide us and it is so easy!
