Before dealerships were added to Online, you used to be able to glitch that one Business Battle at Simeon's dealership by simply completing the mission where you crash into it in story mode. If you completed it in the save file resumed before loading into Online, and another player didn't, you could walk right through the window while the other player couldn't. Sadly that buisness battle was removed when it became a functional dealership in Online.

I knew about most of these, though there are a few I'd missed. I was always a bit bummed that the Motel in Paleto Bay is never repaired (and I guess the gas station, which is one of the ones I'd missed) - I quite like the small town rural setting and would go up to Paleto Bay a lot, so it's a bit disappointing that some key buildings just remain perpetually ruined.
