My team pulled off a solo heal conclave lol. Blood dk on life doesnt need heals, just kill adds before spores. I shadow heal wind, vamp is enough if the shield is gone in 1 tick of dmg, just gotta have 3 dps time burst well.

our 10 man literally kills anshal and rohash before the 1st ultimate and then we go 100 to 0 nezir before respawn... Tigobiggy on Faerlina... you can see it on my replays for my last few kills

you can also just plain solo tank twin dragons, have the blood dk tank the stacks, pop wall before you get phased, and immediately take a portal out and keep tanking the boss while you're down there, don't kill any adds and the boss dies before the damage is an issue

For V&T, we have our rogue go sub and lives in the underworld. Me as the BDK, I AMS shifting twilight so I can tank the boss for almost 2 phases. Also on Cho, we BoP the tentacle at 75 corruption. Idk how negligible the shadow damage from it is, we've never had to active longer than 10 seconds and I never bother to check logs for it.

For Alakir strat, if we have 2 tanks, how long should the 2nd tank wait after the first tank’s taunt? Or the goal is just to keep alakir’s using electrocute so it doesn’t do other ability?

Mouse over macro your holy shock and you won't attack him, for some reason it only procs the heal that way.

At the beginning you can also use a gong on Sonic Breath and fully benefit from BL :D

For UH DK there is a couple things I found. If you get orbs, AMS for the fire if you can’t get back to the stack in time or if you’re out of range of heals Your ghoul will be screwed for the whole fight, once the fight opens up go into melee and drop ghoul and army Once you’re in P2 after the welps die put your pet On passive and take him off once you get to the boss, or else he will just stand in the back.

what do you use to know your raids CDs?

man playing this game is fucking easy as DPS lololololol. doing all of this while healing is 100000000% harder

I'm the OT for my guild (Feral Druid), and I am having the hardest time re-establishing threat on the adds in phase three. I thrash, swipe, and maul when able, but it takes at least two thrashes before I am able to get any semblance of control of them. They practically ignore me till they're in the middle of dps or the MT, and it is a mess.

What kind of interface modyfication u using ?

These guides are great with the nuance explanations but not a lot of clutter. Many newer guides are too succinct. Many of the older guides from 2010 have too much banter that you kind of lose the plot.

Appreciate the guides! We are a casual group of 10, that have become friends over the launch of cata, we are 2 weeks into heroic progression. These videos are invaluable. We are 5/13 so far, close to pushing 8/13.

My guild put off Maloriak H until after we had done Magmaw H and Omnitron H, and I've gotta admit, I kinda regret it. Even if your group has absolutely no AoE, he has so many viable ways to get through his stuff. We just settled on prolonging the main phases, letting his aberrations through 3 at a time so we could single target them down 3 at a time, until green phase was next, letting what was left out, and aoeing them all down before pushing the boss. He's a joke until that last phase, and even then, he's super doable. We're a 10m group and we're not the hardest of core groups, but we're 8/13 heroic progression. We went Atramedes > Halfus > Magmaw > Omni > Chimaeron > Maloriak > Genies > Twin Dragons I probably would have started Maloriak tbh

if your range goes max range you get fire every time. its a distance thing.

I find it REALLY hard to watch your videos with the constant sound from the keyboard. You should add a filter to your mic or turn down the gain.

We can confirm that as long as you are close enough to the boss, the meteor and pillar will not target you. It gets iffy when you edge too far away. We do a strat where we only leave a Frost Dk (to kite the parasites) a pocket healer, and the hunters. While this strat is not for every group, I can verify that those mechanics only target those players at range.

late, but a DK can try to time his AMS; if its up before the spores do their debuff (and he has the glph) you can ignore the DoT mechanic
