Part 3 of the Volvo M40 Gearbox saga. This is the result of one thing leading to another after just needing to change out a U-joint...

Hey! After the disaster of not properly putting on the top plate, I also had some internal problems where the gearbox wouldn't shift out of 4th. It looked like one of the dogs wasn't moving back into its proper position. Today we are going to take the gearbox apart and try to find out what the problem might be.

I made a colossal mistake re-sealing my Volvo 122 transmission and may have other problems. Even when you try to be as careful as possible, you still might mess up.
