Limp Bizkit put on the same show they always put on, and I never heard of any riots or rapes during their shows. People rioted because they were hot and tired, dirty, and fed up with being price gouged. Toilets were overflowing, water was contaminated.

Me and my cousin went. Had a blast, seen alotta awesome bands that i still listen to lol. Kid rock, limp bizkit, bush, metallica we even caught George Clinton and the parliament funkadelick at a hanger rave ine night. Just an awesome time in my life. But we left Sunday afternoon. We had a 5 hour ride home. Got home and i called my mom and she was freaking out and glad to hear from me, shes was like turn on the TV and thats when i realized what was going on, all Hell broke loose lol

Will there be another Woodstock? After what went down here, it's tough to say.

I pity the promoters who had to clean all that mess and had to call emergency services to arrest and help the people who were hurt or rioting. I've only seen 2 videos of performances from Vertical Horizon and Creed because they're my 2 favorite bands. Everything else was.............................well, you get the picture.

Nothing can excuse the behavior of those who were there. No water? Go home. Or make a plan but burning and rape etc can never be excused. Why didn't John Scher go to jail for his involvement in this? It's clear by his interview he's full of b.s. as others have stated in the comments. And....I'm SO proud of the Red Hot Chili Peppers for EXITING the stage and leaving quickly. It shows they have brains, unlike 99.9% of all the fans and bands that were there.

Woodstock 99 was my first concert, what an insane weekend it was. I remember vendors charging 10 dollars for a bottle of water. All the porta potties were tipped over. When the national guard showed up we got out of dodge.
