I gave up bothering with electronic music a long time ago but glad to see Steevio hasn't. His locks may have less places to attach to his head but it would appear he's still taking things forward....they'd better have a big room in the retirement home to accomodate all those modules!

i have a feeling you like doepfer
haha yeah, well when I built this rig back in 2009 there wasnt much else available, but saying that Doepfer gear is solid and built to last, Ive now got at least 100 Doepfer modules and not one single pot or switch has failed in all that time, whereas the new companies that have flooded the market in the last 10 years with all sorts of nice original designs tend to use cheap components that go wrong very quickly, especially if you tweak them heavily which I do. I'm forever swapping pots out on these modules. So yes I do like Doepfer!!

Thank you. I dont use specific scales, they are created from adding just intonation intervals from 4 separate sequencer tracks in 3 different meters, so I just improvise and see what happens.

The sad thing is that i look at this synth thinking i wish had one too. But if i had.. it would just create silly fart noises and bleeps. Its amazing how great he makes it sound!
