I don't get it. I played 1 and 2 and i was bored with the 3rd one. I don't know why people take a million years to get to the boredom point. This comes from someone who played Doom 1 for possibly years back in the day.

I have thousands of hours on both skyrim and fallout 4 owning multiple copies of each over serveral devices, completed new vegas and 3 several times. I completely feel this vid. Didnt touch the dumpster fire that was 76 even though ive always wanted a multiplayer fallout. I managed to play starfield for less than 5 hours (thank god it was on gamepass and i didnt waste money on that shit) was slow boring and clunky. they would of been much better putting that dev time into their 2 already established and popular franchises the tv show was great... funny and mostly lore friendly and most importantly not full of woke nonsenses

Awful bold of you to assume we are getting a Fallout 5. After the disaster launch of 76 and the dumpster fire of Starfield Bethesda hasn't had a good track record. Once ES6 flops even Microsoft's money isn't going to save them.

Starfield took away almost a decade of development time from Elder Scrolls and Fallout for what amounted to a mediocre experience. Microsoft absolutely bungled this purchase and let Bethesda sit on their staple IPs without anyone working on them. You have to wonder how they thought any of these time tables were acceptable? 20 years after Skyrim and 10 after the acquisition we finally get a new Elder scrolls? You could teach a college lecture on mismanagement.

I have Shenmue 1 and 2 on my dreamcast. I have Shenmue 2 on my OG xbox. I have the re-releases ond Shenmue 1&2 on my PS4 and I have 2 copies of Shenmue 3 as I pledged for the first time ever. BUT I have never played my copy of Shenmue 3. I heard about how Shenmue 3 ends and it feels like I waited a decade and a but for a filler. Again I havent played it but I would of had Ryo fight Lan Di in Shenmue 3 but not end it on another cliff hanger. Make it so that if a 4th game cane out then great but if not we had a somewhat satisfying conclusion.

If this is the last game with the original classic characters, then I think Chris, Jill, Leon, Claire, Rebecca and Billy Coen should return in a Death Island/Outbreak team up but also have players choose to go solo (alone) or team (co-op) like how RE0 did. And towards the climax of RE9, Carlos, Barry, Sherry, Ada, Hunk and Ark can appear to help the other six stop BSAA, Umbrella, Connections, and the virus and human villains Jessica, Raymond, Nikolai, Brandon Bailey and Alex/Natalya Wesker in the game to be defeated once and for all. But I think each character needs a lot of character development and fleshing out their story and maybe have RE9 be darker in terms of tone and themes. Maybe all these characters can have a scenario A/B like RE2 and scenario Campaign from RE6.

Jill and Chris make sense ,yes,cause they’re the og’s since re1 BUT that doesn’t mean Jill and Leon doesn’t. It all comes down to how they implement the details and the story. Their team up is so requested that it’s been asked for years and decades even. Death island proved how much both fandoms ask for it. It can even be the most successful. They’re the two most famous ones. My fav is Jill but I have to admit it would be with both too. As long as she is fairly treated I’m ok. I ain’t waiting another 15 years for her. I don’t think we will have fun with more repeats of just Leon and Chris and neither their fans,it will ruin the continuous hype and it will be boring

RE6 was partly responsible for the revival of Resident Evil, but at the same time, I feel like the series was still at a great spot with RE5. The downward spiral didn't really start until RE6 and all the low-budget spin-offs that followed. Essentially, 2011-2016 was the Dark Ages for the series, and RE6 feels like a gap in the lore since nothing good ever came from its storytelling. It really is deeply disappointing since a lot of fans were interested in seeing the progression of the main characters. Now that the opportunity is large missed, its kinda too late. No matter how good the writing is for RE9, we are left with this awkward gap that can't properly be filled. The most joy I get from playing RE6 is trying to picture what the game could have been. I don't enjoy it much for what it actually is.

I loved the first game because I had seen nothing like it at the time... The closest thing was Majoras Mask, but at that time the graphics of Dreamcast were so good I ignored the N64 and only saw Majoras at a friend's house. However I remember hating the second and never completed it and it was the last Dreamcast game I played..... GTA 3 came out and was just so much better than Shenmue. I just became all about GTA after than and VC and The Getaway took over my life at the end of the next year too lol. Shenmue 3 sucked however, but I just think Shenmue's only gimmick was looking so amazing for the time and having what felt like routines like Oblivion..... But as a game it sucked.

Okay but saying that just cuz it paved the way makes it the best is just bad logic. Just because Thor 1 paved the way for Avengers doesn’t mean Thor 1 is better than Avengers, it means they corrected their mistakes, and thus RE6 still has lots of mistakes and issues and is therefore not as good as the games in the series that don’t have lots of mistakes and issues

Got it on deep sale (after hating Resi 5) but stopped playing it after about halfway through .. bloody awful game (if you were a fan of the earlier Resident Evil games) but if you only started playing from 5 onwards maybe it was different. 5 was also utterly forgettable.

This game is super underappreciated. Yeah for it being a Resident Evil, it isn't really a great one, but for it just being a game, it is - no joke - one of the best games I ever played. I loved how fun this game was and how great it was to come back to it with a new partner every time. I still want to play it now

Ik the title is supposed to bring haters but I really enjoyed this game on multiplayer, it's rich in action and has a nice story and it becomes horror when played on "no hope" difficulty, had it not been for multiplayer, I wouldn't enjoy it as much as I did

The only realistic 'deal' microsoft could do with Resident Evil is to make it a day 1 gamepass kind of deal. They haven't valued exclusives or their console players for many years at this point.
