Im late to the party, but if anyone else is interested I have coords to a lake thats just as good or better than this one. 37, 63 has a lake in that mountain with the pink flowers, absolutely loaded with otters and silica pearls. I always build there, its very scenic and conveniently close to the eldrich zone where you can harvest element shards as well.

I got two usefull mods for that. One is death recovery, other is awesome teleporters. You gave me good idea where to snatch eggs, i'm gonna hatch them, claim them, imprint them and when they grow up use them as substitute for industrial forge to speed up ingot production till i get enough to use proper one. I am gonna need to get me another argy one i had got killed by wyvern.

Fixed the problem simply read the add on pass when buying if you want the scorched earth and the other one buy the normal game pass not the genesis. It says in the description the games it provides

Trap doesn't work, tried it 2 times the thing glitches out of it and chases you again, might need to tweak it but other than that it's a good idea
