    This was helpful. I'm a trail ultra runner who has sprained the same ankle multiple times during the past 18 months. I think it's because I can't get on the inside of my foot. I did these exercises today after recently spraining and it helped loosen my ankle. I will keep at it.

    Are there any modifications for those who cannot get any movement during plantar flexion (in board positions 1 and 3)?

      Sure! It depends on the reason you can't get the position. If it is weakness, use a hiking pole or something of the sort to push the front of the board down, then try to hold is down and control it slowly as it tilts back up. If it is stiffness (like a fusion or something of the sort not allowing the motion), then place a bolster under the board until is fits your ROM :)

    Hi there, next time you do a video, could you do those of us who are hard of hearing and can still hear voices, could you please wear a mic. I know these videos are captioned, but for me they tend to get in the way, of demonstrations, artwork, etc...       Dear RUclips & Justice ICE, yes, I will unsubscribe, but wanted other viewers to know that you don't really care about your viewership, just as long as you get donations, which People, this guy cares less for you, & cares more about him and his pocket book. I am not collecting money, for advice, people can get from a Physical Therapist, on RUclips that isn't soliciting for donations. You should be giving this info. Free. Find another way of making money, legitimately. I am handicapped and out of work due to several of my Disabilities. If I could afford it, and had been asked nicely for a donation of a mic, I would have seriously considered the mic donation. I don't like people asking for money when they already have a job. If he doesn't have a job, get out and get one. If you are a licensed Physical Trainer, that shouldn't be a problem, even in today's Economy.
