Reviewing "Max Havelaar". focusing on a chapter "History of Saijah and Adinda", a monumental work of Multatuli (Ed. Douwes Dekker), translated in Esperanto by Liem Tjong Hie (Semarang, 1927) and reviewed by Polyhistor Mai (DAR) for Rehearsal Project in Diaspora.
Multatuli was born in Amsterdam (March 2, 1820);
Dead in German Exile in Ingelheim (February 19, 1887).
