Always leave the steering in Comfort. The other settings are just stupidly heavy, and offer no benefit. Lose the standard ridiculous steering wheel which is far too thick, and get the M Performance carbon and alcantara option. The Carbon Ceramic brakes look and stop amazing, but very expensive.

I agree this is the best looking sports car. Not overdone. Just gorgeous.

Excuse my question but how is this car $400k brand new? I'm pretty sure you could get a max spec'd S63 for under $200k and that is definitely not worth $100k now. I would say $60k max at most. Other than that, great video!

Although I am not sure, I think you forgot to mention a very important feature which is the 4 wheel drive which gives the car an lighter driving experience Although it is almost 2 Tons. At low speeds, back wheels will turn the opposite side, making the turning easier and at over around 70km/h they will progressively turn to the same side of the front wheels and make the turns more stable. It is quite impressive, I must say

I would mount orange wheels and orange caps on mirrors, but not on this base color, would look better on a white car (like the Mk 3 Leon Cupras before). But then again, I have an orange Ateca ;-) If you're not afraid of the sun, do the details in black, black logos also, maybe black-smoked rear lights, carbon or carbon looking rear wing and side mirrors...

What exhaust kit does that golf have? Im toying with this exact issue now do I add some things onto the 8R to make it just a bit more, or try to trade in for an RS3 (although a pain to get here in aus atm)

My view on the allocation business is that it depends on your region. You and the people you know in Australia might not have that problem (which is fantastic) but in markets like the United Kingdom and the US, the business of allocation is a shit show. This is probably due to the demand for these vehicles in the UK and US versus the number of vehicles available per year. Your GT4RS rant was spot on though.

Lovely Specc'd RS! Correct, Porsche Aust do not limit who they sell cars too, but they are a little selective to weed out flippers. They simply told me, keep it minimum one year and we'll not have an issue in the future for another purchase. If I do sell within the year, then I will be at the bottom of the selection list.

Allocation availability depends in part on where you are doing business and your approach. If the approach is transactional to flip cars, you will get nothing b/c you are putting nothing into the relationship.
