As a woman currently going through a 14 year toxic relationship with the father of my daughter.. who has been the worst and the best to me it’s so difficult to conceive the amount of pain and live at the same time and wanting to make it right but knowing only God can. I let go !

I'm sorry, my take is gonna be harsh, but I hate how people defend April, by saying "she is young and naive!”. I fit that descreption honestly, i'm young and have the tendency to see a lot of things with rose tinted glasses, yet i know better than to sleep with a man in a committed relationship, and even expect to be special to him. I know better than to trust a man that says he is not happy in his marriage, and they paint their wife to be a monster, especially when i don't have the other person version of the facts. I can't really relate to that at all. Every time someone excuse the mistress by saying "they're young and naive" my response is "who tf raised you?!”.

Beth' s cheating narc husband was a serial cheater - he guilted and gaslit her for their child 's death when he knew it was his fault all along and hated whenever his wife was praised for something he even shat on her dreams of being a pianist even though she was quite accomplished. Someone as low as that, who enjoys putting others down and making them suffer the torment of believing a child's death was their fault has no integrity or morality. Beth's husband lies as much as he breathes 😅, he's proven himself to be a manwhore and to say he's for the streets would be an insult to the streets lmfao. Imho I honestly feel bad for their daughter who died because of his constant philandering, what a toxic gaslighting narc.

Musically this scene is so fantastic. Even at the crescendo the music becomes much sweeter and wholesome when Karl and Simone are on the screen, and sinister when Beth Ann/Taylor are being depicted. The music tells us that Karl and Simone are precious!
