Tongsheng TSDZ8 should have torque sensor instead of speed sensor, so why do you sow up speed sensor in installation kit?
Speed sensor gives signal to controller and you can see your speed on the display. Torque sensor is sensing pedaling torque and can assist you.

Interesting conversion. I consider doing something similar with an Azub Six or HP GTe. Is your conversion procedure explained anywhere? Why did you not choose Bafang instead?

I have a bike with v-brakes. Does this motor have a sensor when I brake? Or how does it works when I brake, because of course I would not like that motors pushes on when I start braking?
Да, ест.ь.. В комплекте ручки для механических тормозов, они без проблем будут работать и с тормозами V типа.

the 5m 20mm bolts for the fixing plate arent long enough once the 3 washers are in place on other side. had to get my own 5m 25mm bolts and spacers myself. my bike is a mongoose tyax sport 2012 model
У меня велосипед Stels Navigator 910, это единственый велосипед где рама сваривается в России. Рама сделана из конструкционной стали. TSDZ2B подходит в её кареточный узел с очень высокой точностью, проставочные шайбы - не нужны. 👍 Я не стал уставливать кронштейн из пластины 3 а приварил сваркой маленькое ушко, что бы отказаться от громоздкого кронштейна с низу, в поперечную планку, одного, но более короткого болта, под ключ торкс, для передачи реактивного момента от мотора из той же стали и получилась очень лёгкая и прочная трехточечная система конструкции крепления двигателя, где сам корпус мотора работает как дополнительный усилитель дропаутов самой фермы рамы. Я не стал устанавливать курок ускорения, а установил 2 звезды на 42 и 52т зуба, и мотор работает ТОЛЬКО от педалей до 45 km/h. Я очень доволен, и этой конструкцией, и мотором Тонгшенг 😊👍👍
Вся прелесть этой конструкции заключается ещё и в том что с наступлением зимы электрооборудование приходится снимать до тёплых времен года так как суровых погодных условий не выдержит НИКАКАЯ электроника и велосипед превращается в обычный, данная версия этого набора позволяет легко делать это.
Здесь вот лучше отметить, после установки данного набора очень хорошо пересмотреть передние тормоза, 160мм ротор спереди SR Santour Epixon на гайках, этого комплекта все равно недостаточно для эффективного замедления дорожного движения. Нужно искать более высоконагруженую переднюю вилку с ротором от 180мм, компании SR Suntour. С данным набором двигателя этого комплекта.
Я не знаю почему в своей работе двигатель называют шумным в отличии bafang. Мой двигатель работает вообще безшумно, возможно потому что использую более густую силиконовую смазку российского производства, шины 32-622 по мере набора скорости шумят больше! Лишь на низких оборотах в момент трогания с места чувствуется мелкая вибрация педалей и двигатель мне говорит - двигайся быстрее, это не нормальный режим моей работы. Так примерно и работают двигатели внутреннего сгорания.
Вообщем, работа этого двигателя - просто песня.

Не отступайте от концепции компактного мотора в низу . Это нужно для низкого центра тяжести для высокой производительности велосипеда 😊
How many kilometers can you drive, on a single charge, on a 10ah battery, on a Tongsheng TSDZ2 motor?
15 watt-hours per mile. 36 v x 10ah = 360 watt-hours/15=24 miles. Thats traveling with a lot of motor assistance. It will go much farther with a lower assistance level. I did 40 miles and had half a charge left on a 13ah battery.
Why does the vudeo at around 2mins put the white back in the put a round silver plate across top and tighten the 5 screws only to loosen them again ? Then put the motor back in , it makes the instructions very confusing as the things u do in sequence seems not exactly how you would do it , sure you would not tighten acrews to loosen them again ?

@dzidmail I myself have never experienced over heating issues with this motor and I'm always on level 4
@@Oceanbluemoss And that was probably their rationale, but that is lousy engineering. You don't create air gap around a motor and then seal it with enclosure. Let the heat radiate and you either can use more power or use a smaller lighter motor.
I have the 750w motor stock firmware and my motor burnt out going up a hill. You need the cooling mod or lower power limit (400w)
I need information on what diameter the fit on the frame hub is. the length is 68 to 73 but what is the exact diameter?

mine came with the 3 washers. but then i had to get longer 5m bolts and more 5m washers to instal the fixing plate.

Nulle ce moteur et ses performances. Sensor toujours dur même en assistance 5, du 250 watts au 750 watts peut de différence. C'est une merde qu'ils essayent de fourguer. Je revend mes trois moteur pour remplacer par autre chose.

Esoulbike denies waranty on my tsdz2 due to "heavy rain". How is this possible? It is rate ip65. It only lasted me 4 months in city use before it broke due to water ingress.

the tourge sensor works great very natural. I now have this motor on a cannodale f5. I cant get the lower gears to stay engaged on the front derailed. I had this motor on a fuji and worked as expected.

I wait for that information too. It can be ordered from PSWpower, but ony from China at this moment. No info when it will be available in the EU or what the price will be. They really need to work on communication with the customers.

Agreed 💯 Even because we would have more options for pedals, or even buy the motor without them and use or current ones.
Good luck getting any other torque sensing mid drive, for anywhere close to its price... Plus it should be very reliable..... since it uses a spindle not an axle...
@@nc3826 Spindle is just another word of Axle, so yes it does use an axle.................... Let's hope this one doesn't have a slot with square corners cut in it, that's going to attract all the stress forces and snap.
@@nc3826 What are you on about? A spindle is an Axle, an axel is a spindle - they are the same thing!! Normally the word spindle is associated with sewing or knitting rather than transport. Look up the Comet airliner (sorry links are blocked) - it's fuselage failed catastrophically due to the sharp corners on the windows "attracting" all the stress forces caused in decompression and compression. Confused. There is already a 2b, and it doesn't look like this , it looks like the 2. Hope this has force weaking, so you can hit high cadence. If so, I may very well buy one (depending on price, and no stupid battery restrictions) PS Why are you using a square tapered axle still?
Number one: There are posts on what parts have been updated... That's why it was updated ... Number two: The firmware can be flashed, to change parameters... Number three: square tapered spindles is a tried and true form factor.... Changing would be costly and pointless for most users....

При правильном техническом уходе сопряжение нейлон и сталь работают лучше чем сталь и сталь. Ввиду физических условий и процессов, данное сопряжение остаётся единственно рабочим.
